Some levels are a breeze, others wall you for hours until you grind enough money to upgrade your way through. The UI also takes getting used to. Not bad, just rough around the edges.
Didn't expect this much depth for the price. 45 turrets, two playable heroes with very different playstyles, and a tech tree where every ability changes visually as you upgrade it. Jake sniping from the back while Paul wades in with his telekinetic sword is a great combo. UI could be cleaner, but the dev is active and the content is genuinely solid.
If you like grinding for permanent upgrades, this is for you. Replaying missions to farm cash for hero transplants, turret stats, and tech upgrades scratches a very specific itch. Took me a while to figure out the optimal builds, but once it clicks the game opens up massively. Boss fights actually feel like puzzles instead of stat checks.
The game may have bugs, but I like that the developers are trying and fixing them.
Good. I always love from time to time playing classic tower defence. Reminds me of childhood
22 levels, over 30 enemy types, and the variety actually shows. One mission you're defending against knights and witches, the next it's mutant insects in some underground hellhole.
Tower defense fan, hundreds of hours in the genre. This game is not bad, worth picking up in the bundle.
The game is a blend of tower defense and action. You must defend your base from waves of enemies using towers and heroes.
Good, waiting for a new episode/dlc or another kind of new content
A game with good graphics and interesting gameplay (for TD fans). I was shocked when I found out that this was made by an indie developer.
