Pushing the boundaries of what fans have come to expect from the record-setting entertainment franchise, Call of Duty®: Black Ops II propels players into a near future Cold War
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 6.14/day in the week after.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

oldie but a goodie
Call of Duty: Black Ops II — A Retrospective, Sort Of Fourteen years on, and Black Ops II remains the high-water mark of the entire franchise — a towering monument that every subsequent Call of Duty has been quietly, hopelessly trying to live up to ever since. Treyarch didn't just make a sequel in 2012. They made a piece of art, then had the wisdom to walk away before anyone could ruin it. (They came back later. Some ruining occurred. We don't discuss that era.) The campaign! A branching narrative where YOUR choices shape the outcome — practically unheard of at the time, and honestly still more ambitious than most "choice-driven" games released since. Set in a terrifyingly plausible 2025 of drone swarms, cyberwarfare, and a villain in Raul Menendez who deserves his own wing in the Pantheon of Great Video Game Antagonists. And reader — we have now lived through 2025. I'm just saying. Treyarch knew something. The Strike Force missions were, famously, divisive. I would like to go on record as one of the few people defending them as bold, ahead-of-their-time design. I will not be elaborating further. My position is the position. And then there's Zombies. Tranzit. Die Rise. Mob of the Dead. Buried. And — be still my heart — Origins. Giant steampunk robots, Element 115, the O4 squad fighting literal apocalypse machines in a WWI trench. If you know what it takes to finish that Easter egg, you understand why I get emotional over a video game from 2012. Which brings me to something I never thought I'd say — something I have actively mocked other people for saying. I want a remaster. Me. The guy who thinks remasters are usually soulless cash-ins in nostalgia's clothing. For THIS game? Polish the textures. Re-release the soundtrack. Take my money, Activision. I will defend this purchase with my life. Now, the elephant in the room: the multiplayer in 2026 is, to put it gently, a haunted house. Every lobby is a crime scene. Every match against "xX_Pr3stige_G0d_Xx" ends with me dead before textures finish loading, shot through three walls by what I can only describe as a sniper rifle forged from pure malware. And yet. Even knowing this. Even knowing I will boot up Nuketown 2025 and get aimbotted into next Tuesday — I cannot, in good conscience, give this game anything less than a glowing, unreserved, faintly tearful 10/10. Verdict: Masterpiece. Please remaster it. I'm begging. Would get aimbotted again.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best FR #67, worst UK #95 · 9 markets collected
US · last 30 days
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

loved this game since launch
this game is amazing, but there are some bugs
it was fun to play through but this game is very overrated, everyone said the story was so good and i found it pretty dissapointing, menendez is so overpowered and kind of a lame villian in my opinion
Дилогия Black Ops - Топ Ну и Cold War неплохо, в остальное можно даже не играть

A highly influential piece of my own gaming history.
