Great story and dialogs (full US voice overs and very well written dialogs) but terrible and buggy interface. That may be the biggest waste of lore in point and click history. Buggy inventory, buggy animations, buggy collisions, punitive game-overs and gameplay (forest maze ? what for ?). This is a calvary to play, a horrendous mix of hitbox and exit screen. Play that for archeology and the love of the Point and Click genre. But FFS, what a turd to play even with a full walkthrough. If you want CTULHU play Call of Chtulu from FOCUS INTERACTIVE.

This is definitely an aged game and has some tank controls and the like; however, it does have that charm and gold that I am always looking for in these type of adventure games. It is difficult and the controls are tough to learn but once you play for an hour or so, it gets easier and more natural. This is definitely a game I would recommend to towards that like slow burners and I am one of them! This is making me want to run a Call of Cthulhu TRPG session again. Good stuff and just got on the 2nd Day of the game, and I am loving it! Check it out!

Ολο το σκηνικο με το μικρο χωριο, τα δαση και η ατμοσφαιρα του ειναι ακομα και σημερα μετα απο τοσα χρονια ανεπαναληπτα ...το ξαναεβαλα και λογο steam deck για να δω πως παιζει και πραγματικα παιζει υπεροχα παροτι οταν ειχε κυκλοφορησει ειχε πολυ περιεργο χειρισμο ...

Spoiler Alert * Story Good story but not recommended for anyone who seeks the actual Cthulhu Mythos experience cause the story in this game will focus on the protagonist who can stop the awakening of The Great Old One and become a Hero, unlike other Cthulhu Mythos media characters who mostly end up insane, suicide, depressed, or live in fear for their entire life. *Performance I often found a bug that makes my screen freeze during the cutscene and a bug that makes me can't interact or speak with some NPC which both result in loading the latest save. This is so annoying especially when I did not save the game at the point where bugs have not occurred. *However, If you are used to the classic game during that period and do not easily get annoyed by the old-school gameplay like me. I highly recommend this game.
