This game was far better than I expected. I never thought I'd get scared in a game with pixel graphics. Gameplay was interesting as well. Just an overall great horror game.
This game is about having FAITH and determination.

The controls are simple. I play this game entirely with my left hand while my right hand supports my chin for maximum introspection.
For the sound, I recommend a good set of headphones for maximum fidelity. I use a very affordable Audio-Technica ATH-M50x personally. Most notably, and while you are hardening your faith through Chapter 1, this provides adequate reproduction for the full range of the 8bit rendition of Ludwig van Beethoven's Op. 27 No. 2, Sonata quasi una fantasia "Moonlight Sonata." Whereby you are free to consider the whinges and complaints of the faithless, arm-crossed quitters leaving negative reviews: You will notice 99% of those reviews have about an hour playtime. This is mostly a faith issue/skill issue.
Yes I did die a few times. And then,

I beat the Final Boss of Chapter 2 on the first attempt.
I will soon begin Chapter 3. And should I lose my faith and change this to a negative review, understand
that it will then not be the same man of faith who leaves this review,

here, now.

In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti.
One of those games that doesn't leave you feel the same afterwards. An amazing dark narrative that is worth experiencing at least once.
Gary loves you :)
the game is pretty fun, sometimes it can be hard and some puzzles feel weird. father garcia will always be my goat.
This game is not what I expected. It’s boring, not scary at all, and feels like an outdated 70s arcade game. Even though it only costs 6 euros, it’s not worth it.
New Blood classic. The style jumping between MS paint and Rotoscoping is interesting, and the story is a well done Excorcist plot.
The gameplay is pretty slow in my opinion, but as the game goes on it only gets better. If you like mysteries, get this game.
