About
C.A.R.S. (Creating A Ridiculous Shitshow) is a chaotic, physics-driven sandbox where one mission rules them all: turn rush hour into a glorious disaster.
What’s the game about?
You play as a stubborn hoarder with questionable telekinetic powers and a grudge against the system. When the Department of Transportation steals your paradise, you fight back with whatever junk you can lift, toss, or stack. Tires, barrels, ramps, and… well, things get weird fast.
Plan by night. Wreck by day.
Build traps under the cover of darkness.
Watch the morning commute collapse into chaos.
Earn XP for every crash, flip, and chain reaction. Bigger mayhem = bigger rewards.
Too easy? We got you!
Want to stop cars like the alpha you are, go God Mode on that highway! Need a challenge, well then you got permadeath in Hardcore.

Progression? Oh, it gets wild.
Start small—roll a tire, drop a log. Level up and unlock tools that bend reality and physics in ways that would make Newton cry. No scripts, no limits—just emergent comedy and destruction.
If you love physics sandboxes, unpredictable traffic carnage, and sticking it to “The Man,” welcome home.
Night Planning, Morning Mayhem: Set up traps under the cover of darkness, then unleash chaos when the commuters roll in.
Physics-Driven Carnage: No scripts, no limits—every crash, flip, and chain reaction is emergent and unpredictable.
Telekinetic Trash Warfare: Lift, toss, and stack junk with a simple physics-handle system that’s easy to learn and stupidly fun.
Slow Motion: Want to feel like an action hero, well, dodging cars in slow motion will rub that itch!
Step into The Ring of Fire to supercharge your XP. The longer you stay, the faster you level up, but be warned: every car on the road wants to run you down while you're in it. How long can you hold your ground?
Progressive Madness: Start small with tires and logs, then unlock increasingly absurd tools that bend reality and defy physics.
Dumb Traffic AI: Vehicles obey momentum (and very few other rules), creating hilarious, chaotic collisions.
Atmospheric Day/Night Cycle: Calm nights for planning, explosive mornings for destruction.
C.A.R.S. uses large numbers of physics-driven vehicles and real-time destruction simulations. This intentional design makes the game more CPU-intensive than typical indie titles. Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for a smooth experience.

It's fun for a bit. Performance is pretty bad but you cant complain for 8 bucks. Just a bunch of stupid fun for a bit and that's it. Sometimes that's all a game needs to be.
This game is a great time killer. Load in, play around in traffic, smile when all the mayhem haopens. Something that can be enjoyed in short burats if you don't have a lot of time to play a game, but also can be played in a longer session if you simply enjoy mindless destruction.
yes
A dumb sandbox, but kudos to the small dev team for making something very fun. I ended up going for the platinum to have an excuse to keep playing.
Creating a ridiculous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. - What a title for a game I am very impressed. The idea I can only assume is you've had a bypass or motorway put next to your nice little cabin (that's a shipping container) and after many disturbed nights of sleep, you decide to take matters into your own hands ... Start off with tyres, tree trunks and if you can find them and if you can find them you will see anti-personnel mines (trip mines), and as you progress, you'll get access to more and more objects to put in the way: sofas, shopping trolleys wheelbarrows sofas concrete barriers and a few that I won't spoil for you in this review On easy, medium and hard, you will die and you'll die amazingly. The ragdoll physics when you get hit by a car are amazing. There's no blood, and you come straight back to life outside your cabin with all the chaos still happening below Plenty of achievements and 30 levels of absolute mayhem. It's really worth a look under the price when I got it. I'm glad I did. I just wish that you could pause the traffic so you could set up everything perfectly, especially in later levels, as there is a lot to get out in place before the traffic starts. That is the only downside to this excellent game, A small studio (literally 3dads) between family life and day jobs, they say they decided to make a game, and I'm glad they did. WELL DONE!!
Very fun and interesting game! Fun map design with some hidden humorous aspects. Very impressed with what this developer has managed to put together in a short period of time! Can't wait for their next project :)
got me fired for playing on company hours
I do highway construction for a living specifically traffic control. My job is to prevent things like this. It’s definitely fun and relaxing to come home from work and cause the chaos instead of having to prevent it all day.
Fun game! :D
Overall chill game. Highly recommend to everyone :)
