Bustories

I thought this game would tell some more or less interesting stories or at least have some unique perspectives about life... I did not find such things. The whole game was about clicking through nonsense and taking care of the meters in the corner. Pure filler.

Well, I have to admit, this is a neat concept and it is interesting that it hasn't really been done much before. As far as the execution in this game goes, I think it is well enough. For what it is worth, I got this on sale for a whole [b]$0.49,[/b] so I had fairly forgiving expectations going into this. Knowing that each ride is a bit different, I can't say I experienced everything there is nor what your experience will be. For me, I had a combination of absolute weirdos and laymen philosophers...though, I suppose those categories aren't mutually exclusive... [i]Anyways,[/i] I didn't find the game too challenging on my run, and managed to get the 100% status within an hour. So, yes, this is a bit of an odd game, but if you're an achievement hunter it is worth considering - especially if you happen to see it on sale.

Невероятно атмосферный симулятор попутчика. Едешь, разговариваешь со случайными людьми, которых ты увидишь в первый и последний раз в жизни, едешь дальше. Считаю, что это отличная замена кликерам и прочим прокрастинирующим вещам. Еще бы русский завезли- вообще бы цены не было!

Bustories — это невероятно увлекательная и атмосферная игра с интересным сюжетом и запоминающимися персонажами. Графика стильная, музыка подобрана идеально, а геймплей затягивает на долгие часы. Особенно понравилась проработка диалогов и возможность влиять на историю своими решениями. Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто любит качественные инди-проекты с душой! Спасибо разработчикам за такой крутой опыт!

It's cute and there are a couple of nice stories but... it largely just feels like being stuck on a bus with someone who won't shut up? Which I realize is the point, but still. The concept is fun for a little but but then it just keeps going. Most interesting passenger was the developer explaining how he came up with it and what was cut. More interesting in theory than practice.

The game is short and A LOT at the same time.

[h2]You Never Know Who You'll Meet On The Bus[/h2] [i]Bustories[/i] (Bus Stories), is a short visual novel about conversations on the bus with total strangers. Along the way, you'll make stops, where you must buy groceries at the store, like food, drink and medication, as well as use the restroom if you need it. These strangers, each have some wisdom to share with you, and you'll probably end up learning a thing or two from them, whether it be a life lesson, or something else. Each trip is different from the last, so on new playthroughs, you'll have the chance to meet other interesting characters that you maybe haven't met before. While the game does have its fair share of grammatical errors and such, I really enjoy the concept. I'd probably recommend it on sale as the game can be beaten in under an hour.
