Burnin' Rubber 5 HD

After 100% Completing this game I must say it's pretty impressive considering it's originally a flash game with HD graphics. This is my first time playing a Burnin' Rubber game so there might be some stuff others might disagree with. Pros: -Great Graphics for a flash game ported to PC -Huge variety of Car list containing over 50+ vehicles with cars such as a Tank,Police Car and a horse etc. -Creative boss battles with special abilities -huge amount of Tracks and Weapons selections. -Decent AI vehicles -Large amount of contents the game has to offer to keep you up to date. Cons: -Terrible Handling, if you got stuck somewhere on the track it would be impossible for you to get out of it as the handling of this game is really bad, you can also use the e-handbrake which is semi-reliable. -No Key Rebindings, This game has no way you can change the key bindings which is not good because you are forced to use arrow keys for moving your car and shift for e-handbrake which can cause sticky keys to appear. -Unbalanced Weapons, Some Weapons on this game are either the most useless weapon or the most broken weapon in the game, some weapons for their high price are a huge scam such as: The Redeemer which costs a million dollars but despite it's price it can only do 5% damage to the final boss of the game when some weapons can kill the final boss in few shots for cheaper price tag. -Useless Level Up system, The XP you get from taking down enemy vehicles serves no purpose as it's just for the show. You can 100% the game and unlock everything but the level ups would still not serve any purpose to this game, no unlockables or anything. Conclusion: Burnin' Rubber 5 HD despite it's flaws is a good game overall and it's impressive how the same game is available to play for free on flash sites. The game for it's price during sales is definitely worth it to grab. Final Rating: 6.2/10

Brought back a lot of memories from the Flash Player era. It still hurts that the other 4 are not available.

this game was ahead of its time on the web and still is a very well made game, too bad it's underrated, it has lots of potential, maybe with br6 coming its going to be as good as the others or even better <3

1) Nice handling (at least the one we saw in BR3) wasn't a part of the deal. Looks like you're driving not a car but a train on rails 2) The "drift" (Left Shift button) doesn't help to turn, but makes it worse 3) Enemy vehicles can't be moved a bit. They're insanely solid and glued or something 4) The cutscenes (after finish line) can't be skipped 5) Why the f... you get money ONLY IF YOU FINISH FIRST ?!?! 6) Where's the Respawn button (Space) that was in BR3? Even in "How to play" there are some key-binds shown, but not the Respawn one 7) The game lags on my ASUS TUF F15 with RTX 3050, even though I chose "High Performace" in Control Panel's "Graphics" section - because of the lags, the car jumps on the screen, which I never saw in BR3. It's rather engine's fault rather than my configuration's I really do regret that bought it for 3$ + what a shame for one of the most popular racing series that the flash-era internet saw ... I thought it would be the last time me using Cheat Engine (first time in BR3 to defeat the boss that drives a black Truck in city), but no - probably the 3-4th race already had me cheating, as I couldn't already bear that kidding
