Game is about the theme and racing, its casual, it has duel, its friendly, its for cat loving people. The maps all have unique features, some can even tell stories. Not too hard, but worth to get to the later levels. Cats with weapons, racing, its exciting and relaxing at the same time. I first stumbled into this game on a Fantasy Expo in Budapest many years before release where I had a great chat with the creator of the game and wanted to buy it ever since to support him. This game appeared on numerous comic cons and local shows to gain an audience and it was already released to steam as a demo when I found it. Later on it was released on PlayStation 5 and after a lot of refinement it also finally reached Steam. Even though I got this product for free, I have immediately purchased one after the release of it.
Very solid Indie game which is a rarity nowadays. Runs well on a Steamdeck, I think it should be verified and it probably will be soon. Graphics look decent, the game feels like a 00s arcade game which is a compliment, but with modern graphics. Controls work excellent. Feels similar to the game ‘Grip’ on the Nintendo Switch. It has a similar look and feel to it and the game is also fast-paced. I really like the Mouse Catch mode, which is very similar to ‘Hit Small Dry Bones’ in Mario Kart Tour. The Cat Hangars look amazing and have an Asian vibe to most of them. Well recommended game! 👌🏻

A gamepad or controller is required to play, and you won’t even be able to reach the main menu without one. This is likely intended to make the game more enjoyable, as it involves managing multiple elements simultaneously. Steering and cornering require attention, using brake or drift, while throttle is automatic and surprisingly effective, though you can disable it if you prefer. In addition, there are three buttons dedicated to abilities. To use these abilities, you need to drive through the corresponding icons on the track. Shield and boost are straightforward, each with its own button and icon. Shooting is slightly different because it depends on the item you pick up. Options include blasters for hitting opponents in front or behind, homing rockets for those ahead, mines for those behind, and shockwaves or blade lasers for hitting everyone around you. Icons are always active for all racers and do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This creates chaotic races where everyone is an immediate threat and positions change constantly. Winning relies on choosing the right icons strategically, though some icons with a question mark provide a random reward. Races take place on unique planets, each offering four events that alternate between two tracks. The second track is often just the first in reverse, but there are enough track elements to keep things interesting if you have the time to observe them because of high speeds. Events include standard races, eliminator races where the last player each lap is removed, speed laps, and mouse catch races where you must destroy mice before they complete two laps. Your performance earns you medals, but progress through planets is based on points rather than medals. Better performance grants more points, but since unlocking the next planets requires a significant number of points, you’ll likely need to replay stages multiple times. While this may seem like a grind, the game encourages effort by rewarding you with four types of crystals, with each race featuring its own type. Crystals only appear starting from a specific lap, and you can collect only a few per race. Each planet has thirteen crystals of each type, so aiming to collect them all will make you very familiar with the tracks. Crystals are important because they upgrade your racecar’s stats. Each crystal type improves a different stat—drift, speed, turbo, or acceleration—but you can remove or add crystals at any time, so your decisions are not permanent. In addition, there are several racecars available by completing specific stages on a planet or catching mice. Each racecar comes with distinct driving and weapon stats. For example, the first racecar has 50 bullets, while others may have only 40, but it also has lower shield endurance and energy. Energy functions like health: when depleted, you lose control briefly before quickly restoring to normal. Although you can boost a racecar to its maximum very early, obtaining new cars adds little excitement. Even with the best vehicle, luck still plays a role—a rocket in the final corner can easily cost you a certain win—but this unpredictability is part of the genre. Overall, the game runs smoothly without stutters, and it will keep you engaged for hours as you collect all crystals and unlock every planet.
I love high-speed racing combined with shooting! Add to that the excellent graphics. This game is reminiscent of Star Wars: there are other planets, and the racing cats are BB-8. They even have lasers that look like Jedi lightsabers. I also really like the amazing locations with futuristic music that has an 80s vibe.
Egy problémám van vele, az, hogy nem fut túj jól a gépemen (laggol) de azon kívül szuper játék! Már várom az online multiplayert!
Absolutely adore the concept of the game, the gameplay is fun and the environments are stunning. It's more of a less complicated racing game great for casual players or beginners or just when you wanna have some fun, but you still have to play smart with the different power-ups during races (or just pick up as many boosters as possible and leave everyone behind so they can't drag you back :D ) I even had the chance to meet the developer of the game and he's an amazing person who's really passionate about this game so everyone support now!!! I'm really excited for the future of the game :) Also some thoughts I had about the game that could be improved, all my opinion of course: - Drifting doesn't feel that impactful, I think you can manage a race without paying attention to use it - I feel like races against bots are less predictable than the 1v1 ones, I'm not saying the 1v1 mode is not as fun, but sometimes if you're in the lead long enough your opponent has no chance to catch up to you in opposition to the normal races where the other opponents fight you constantly and the rankings are more likely to change. Maybe there could be more obstacles on the tracks to balance this - I think this two were mentioned in person too, but the power-ups could have descriptions about what exactly are they doing, even tho it was interesting to test them out more or less successfully :D, and the marking of the player's position on the map could be more distinguishable from the environments
A macskákat amúgy is majdnem mindenki szereti. Aki pedig nem, az meg élvezettel fogja "lefejezni" az ellenfél macskáit valamelyik felvehető fegyverrel.
