Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In a universe where life’s moments are extracted from mortals and transformed into sentient books for consumption by higher beings, a lowly librarian and a book without a moment of its own are coerced into solving the mystery of a missing God.
BURDEN STREET STATION is a narrative adventure about dead-end platforms and unfinished stories. Which version of yourself will help make sense of someone else’s pain?
Change yourself to change others. Traits are emotional prosthetics. Each one calibrates how the world responds to you and what it believes you deserve.
Words dig deeper than they should. Speak kindly, and they open up. Speak incorrectly and something breaks. Sometimes they flinch. Sometimes they remember what it felt like to be whole. And you wonder why you feel it too.
Lotown, Pipelines, Hitown - each area a dream in slow decay, its artist missing. Every place a memory dreamt by someone else. And yet… you’ve definitely been here before.
Memo will just about tolerate you - so long as you help her finally gain her story.
Creation is messy. Closure is divine. You are a bridge between godhood and regret, not just shaping conversations, but carrying something left behind. Something that still wants to be understood.

if you can free yourself from the hours spent playing to dollars math of buying games, art, anything; if you like things that are good in a way that asks you to think about it a little; if you think that maybe point and click adventure games get a bad rap then this is for you. please play this
Such a delightfully strange and strangely delightful story. Hits that sweet spot between hilarious, emotionally tender and contemplative. Only complaint is I wish it was longer, and 99% of the time (including now) I only mean that as a compliment.

Wonderful little story with highs and lows. Love being a bomb with knife feet and a cat head.
went into this not expecting it to be as wonderful as it ended up being, beautiful environments with incredibly interestingly designed characters, and an amazing ending, please, for those wanting a short visual novel that makes you teary eyed, this is that game for you. 10/10
This is perhaps the most beautiful experience I have ever had in a single player game. Mostly because the characters in the game felt as annoying, frustrating, sweet and beautiful as the people I love to play games with. One thing's for certain. I did not feel like I was by myself whilst indulging in the story I was being told. For make no mistake. This is a story, more so than it is a game. And, holy fornication, what a story it is. An expertly woven net tying plausible answers to existential questions together in a way that make sense. It is beautifully written and well thought out. So hat's off to you Iodine. I would see myself tell my grandchildren this story and hope that it teaches them something that I missed, because such depth and philosophy went into the story I had to spend a couple of hours walking through the forest just to digest it all. Thank you for making this experience possible.
