Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In a universe where life’s moments are extracted from mortals and transformed into sentient books for consumption by higher beings, a lowly librarian and a book without a moment of its own are coerced into solving the mystery of a missing God.
BURDEN STREET STATION is a narrative adventure about dead-end platforms and unfinished stories. Which version of yourself will help make sense of someone else’s pain?
Change yourself to change others. Traits are emotional prosthetics. Each one calibrates how the world responds to you and what it believes you deserve.
Words dig deeper than they should. Speak kindly, and they open up. Speak incorrectly and something breaks. Sometimes they flinch. Sometimes they remember what it felt like to be whole. And you wonder why you feel it too.
Lotown, Pipelines, Hitown - each area a dream in slow decay, its artist missing. Every place a memory dreamt by someone else. And yet… you’ve definitely been here before.
Memo will just about tolerate you - so long as you help her finally gain her story.
Creation is messy. Closure is divine. You are a bridge between godhood and regret, not just shaping conversations, but carrying something left behind. Something that still wants to be understood.

Very short and sweet game, worth the money.
one of the games of all time ily lydia , you too telephangel :3
Yknow, I'm not entirely sure if this was meant to touch on and discuss the OCD behaviors of coping, checking and control in that order, but it sure resonates a lot. I really enjoyed my time with this game, though I feel it is a little expensive for the playtime (but indie devs need money, and I'd rather they be rewarded for their effort). I am a little saddened that at times, it's mostly an experience of throwing things at the wall to see what sticks, or even playing a puzzle game, rather than exploring the full versatility of the unique dialogue system. I'd love to see something like this with branching dialogue trees, but that'd be an insane amount of work! There's a lot of potential in these ideas that I feel could be explored in the future.

A beautiful game with a beautiful story and soundtrack. This is game made me feel things I'm not fully able to describe at the moment but it helped me realize that transitioning is an option that I am able to have. I don't understand everything this game has to say at this time but I will replay it one day and hopefully have changed by then.
some unorganized thoughts right after beating the game: * incredible narrative game, and some of the best writing i've seen in a game in awhile, managing to blend the surreal and the down-to-earth perfectly. the music and visuals were on point, contributing to this unique, other-worldly atmosphere. * the conversation system that drives the narrative, reminiscent of Ace Attorney trials, although i actually prefer how Burden Street Station not only doesn't give out fail states for using too many dumb answers (is that really necessary? choosing wrong answers on accident is already annoying lol) but encourages them a bit, which is a lot more fun. * god i love all of these characters. or, at least i find them all intriguing. they all have such lovely designs and animation (reminds me a bit of ENA: Dream BBQ), and they're so funny, relatable, and even frustrating in such believable ways. in particular, i loved Lydia's story, in which we learn
that she is trans and escaped a cult, having been separated from her brother, Goodboy, in the process. their reunion and Goodboy's immediate acceptance
was absurdly cute and actually managed to make me tear up a bit. * i feel like i didn't fully understand the ending, perhaps because i didn't understand that
the flashes of insight you get were all a literal telling of what happened,
although it resonated emotionally. i will need to replay it to fully parse it, though! * i see some complaints of the game being short. that is literally true, and people who pay attention to the lengths of games by the hour should be aware of this. however, i don't think this game would benefit from a longer runtime, and the amount of precision in its execution makes it worth its price (although i did buy it on sale, myself). yes, you can beat it in 3 hours, but this is a game that will stick with you long after you play it. i can already tell.
Excellent "walking sim" with very nice visuals and definite ENA Dream BBQ inspiration. I found myself very hooked onto the story and the individual characters, though it lacks interesting gameplay and the 'conversation system' is confusing and lacks any punishment for failure. Also a bug prevented me from getting 100% achievements...kinda lame...
I love what it was, but I think it could have been better if it was put in the oven for a little longer. It felt like a big collection of short stories that all had an overarching theme, rather than a world of characters to wander around and explore. offbrand ENA: DREAM BBQ in an alternate flavor.
Burden Street Station is a highly emotional game with well-developed storytelling, that not only pulls at the heartstrings but also leaves so much room for self-reflection. In the hands of the right person at the right time, I truly believe this could resonate deeply enough to alter someone's life. Iodine has mastered the art of describing exactly what it means to be human through quirky yet deeply grounded characters. An absolutely beautiful game, I am SO glad I was offered the chance to stream this!! Thank you for giving me an unforgettable experience!
Compralo puto. ¿O no te da? Cagón. Fuera de joda, está buenísimo. 10 de 10
