I give it a thumbs up because I do genuinely enjoy what's here, but it does need work. Most folks have mentioned a lot of the other gripes, namely that you need to spend time slamming your head against a brick wall in order to get enough starting resources to succeed, that the game feels poorly optimized, etc etc. I want to make a specific note about the sound design and animation for the melee though, because the animation is the most languid thing i've ever seen and with the camera angle, the only way you know if you're hitting the button is because your character does a small dash towards an enemy if you're close enough to them. Just please make that the regular melee attack or give some kind of sound or visual effect for when you hit the button otherwise. Same thing with getting hit with an attack, do some kind of knockback effect or some sound effect that indicates we got hit.
Brew is a charming game with a charming idea. Its not 'polished' the way you might want it to be. my personal main gripe is that the sound design needs touching up. Enemies that you fight don't really make 'sound'. They spawn, they do they thing and maybe if they have a projectile that has a sound effect, but the enemies themselves. Something small like that can go a long way. the game is also incredibly stingy with healing. It has ways, sure, but another game like slay the spire for example would put garenteed heal spots throughout a trek that you can use if you feel you need the touch up. So far the only garneteed heel you get is after you beat a boss. i'll fully admit that ideally i should just 'get gud' when this is concerned, but it can be a little demoralizing to not got a single 'healing' event in an entire run when you happened to take some dumb damage.| Other than that, I enjoy the alchemy aspects. The guns are neat, and i've found myself starting to use the drinks a little more these days. The throws are..alright. It's worth it if you like rouglike shooters. But it's got some work to do. Luckkily, they seem to be updating it so hopefully at some point it's 'complete'
鼠标乱飞点不到东西 闪屏 闪退 主角建模也很丑
really enjoyed the cast of characters and art style
Rougelike FPS with potions and cute animals. Solid gameplay, but I wish it had a bit more depth. You can make friends with all the other students, but it doesn't really feel well integrated into the rougelike part of the game. Still a fun take on the genre and well worth your time.
This game still has long ways to go especially with the button inputs for when it comes to making selections, but for the rest of it its still really fun and does feel like Ratchet and Clank this really felt like the game I was missing
A little janky but a fun 3d platformer shooter. Played before February update.
is nice

Defeating the tower can be rather easy but spending more time getting to know the rest of the students is a fun experience since they are all very charming.
