Reviews
im a cozy gamer but this game was so silly and surprisingly really fun.... :D i enjoyed all the characters, the stories, and my fave is clapjack
Borderlands 2 was never a good Borderlands game. 1: Some of the weapon makers are outright useless compared to the first. Tediore went from easily top tier due to high reload speeds and very little reduction in stats to bottom of the barrel thanks to how much ammo you can accidently consume when throwing the weapon, Atlas went from the best gun maker to NOT IN THE GAME, Hyperion went from pin-point accuracy and no real downsides to reverse recoil making them good for shotguns and not much else, Dahl has burst-fire and that's about it, Maliwan didn't change much tbh, Torgue guns were always bad because of the huge accuracy penalty, so they made a side-leap and stayed crap because of the gyro jets having the exact same issue, Vladof weapons actually got a bit better because of the higher fire-rate as you hold the trigger down, and then you have Jacobs who went from mid-tier high-damage slow fire-rate to some of the best weapons in the game because you can fire as fast as you can hit the trigger. 2: Handsome Jack isn't fun to hate, he's just over the top evil and delusional for the sake of it. 3: A lot of the humor just isn't funny. 4: A LOT of the new enemy types are just unfun to fight. Threshers, Varkids, Crystalisks, AND THE STALKERS. The stalkers especially can gargle my walnuts. 5: Finally, this game being this old and still this broken is atrocious. I bought Gaige because I liked playing her way back when, only to find out that on the PC version, she is basically an STD that randomly breaks your game! I have no clue why, but her character data will absolutely randomly shred itself to ribbons and break the game. Seriously, play the original game. The only reason I'm even mad the game broke again is I do actually enjoy the Tina DLC.
