Blood Moon

This is trans propaganda, not an interactive book, and certainly does not provide a decent roleplaying experience.

Blood Moon is a generally engaging interactive novel. Its characters are mostly likable and their tale is immersive. So much for the strengths of this CYOA. Unfortunately, as the novel progresses reactivity to player choices becomes increasingly minimal and the story moves on rails towards one of the primary endings. Shockingly, there is no discernible difference in dialogue and interaction whether the player chooses to take control of their pack or not. The underwritten romances also hinge on a single choice and are disappointingly linear. In spite of the above shortcomings, I will give Blood Moon a lukewarm thumbs up. The narrative and characterization are effective and the story immersive even if it is less an interactive fiction game than a conventional novella with multiple romance paths.

This game is awesome it kept me entertained for hours. I don't know about you guys but I have always had a short attention span, I didn't even take the medicine for my ADHD (Which if you don't know literally starts with Attention Deficit )and I still did my first whole plarytrough only getting up for bathroom breaks. I was immersed in the world every death hurt me, every suprise suprised not just my pack but also me, that's how you can tell its a good choices matter. I actually thought about what I was saying unlike I do in real life. The best feeling was playing music and choosing different playlists for different moments, not necesary but reccomended if you want to really feel like you're a part of the world.(Sorry If this is hard to read , I suck at spelling)

Writing is engaging, conversational, and fun. Story was satisfying, ending was earned, and as for the romance... hot.

If u want a fun little werewolf romance adventure this is a great place to find it. Reminds me strongly of the Green Creek series by TJ Klune, I actually suspect the creator of this game has read it and took some inspiration from it (if you have not read it, you should, it's a gay werewolf series). A bit sad you can't romance the vampires but it's a decent story and the characters are all likeable and fun to get to know.
