サマーセールで2作目を見つけてやるなら1作目からと思い購入。 ●良かった点、気になった点など ・グロテスクな世界観と雰囲気が2Dでよく表現されている。 ・操作性は悪くはなく、特に問題に思うところはない。 ・他のメトロイドヴァニアと違い、今まで行けなかった所に行けるようになる2段ジャンプなどのアクションはない。 そのため、操作が変わらない点はシンプルで良い反面、物足りないようにも感じた。 ・上記の行けない所に行けるようなるためにはアイテム(聖遺物)が必要だが、初見で入手方法に気付くのは難しい気がする。 ・通常のファストトラベル以外にセーブポイントでファストトラベルが出来るようになるが、ノーヒント(？)でかつ利用可能にするための必要ポイントも高いので移動が面倒。 アビリティ(溜め攻撃など)取得、店でのアイテム購入にもポイントが必要なのでなおのこときつい。 それと今まで振り込んだポイントが分かると良かった。 全体的にストレスを感じながらプレイしていたと思う。 アクションゲームが得意な人なら楽しめる作品です。

I did not expect to like this game at all--it advertises itself as "brutal" and "souls-like" (unpopular opinion, but I hated DS) and, at first glance, looked like it was trying to be "edgy." I was wrong. I like this game a lot. It has some small (for me) issues--instant death spikes are annoying, it's easy to fail to grab a ledge, a few enemies/hazards will cause damage even without contact at certain times, and there are occasional small bugs--but it's a very good metroidvania and I love a good metroidvania. The gameplay is fun and a good mid-level speed; the abilities, upgrades, regions, and enemies are varied and interesting; the bosses are challenging but beatable (although I have yet to beat two optional bosses); the world is satisfyingly big, fun to explore, and easy to revisit explored areas (after an upgrade to the save points); and NG+ has three (genuinely challenging!) challenge modes to recreate the challenge curve from the first playthrough. (I think I'm having even more fun my second time through.) If you're into lore, nearly everything in this game appears to be designed in service to the game's lore (I'm not especially into lore, but I respect the level of thought and care that clearly went into the game). If you like a good metroidvania, you'll probably like Blasphemous.
