How is a random not amazing AA game from 2012 still better than 99% of modern AAA

Blades of Time is a fun game and has decent graphics for it's age. The controls can be a bit clunky, but it's an old game. Good Old Game!

Reviver esse jogo foi uma sensação incrível. Joguei Blades of Time muitos anos atrás, no Xbox 360, e confesso que lembrava de pouca coisa. Agora, tendo a oportunidade de jogar novamente na Steam, é quase como descobrir o jogo pela primeira vez, mas com aquele sentimento bom de nostalgia. A jogabilidade continua divertida, o combate é dinâmico e a mecânica de voltar no tempo ainda é um diferencial muito criativo. É um daqueles jogos que talvez não tenham recebido o reconhecimento que mereciam, mas que conseguem divertir bastante. Estou muito feliz por poder reviver essa aventura depois de tantos anos. Para quem gosta de jogos de ação com um toque diferente, vale a pena dar uma chance. Recomendo!

Overall, Blades of Time is a fairly good hack-and-slash that combine different elements such as special ability, gunplay, etc. Worth a try if you just want a quick to learn action game, however, it does contain few flaws that kinda bummed me a bit. Lastly, the tag of the game is quite misleading, it should just only be action & adventure, not RPG to it as there is very few RPG elements present, most notably is the selection of gears( Swords, Guns, Rings, Outfits) [table] [tr] [th]Pros[/th] [th]Cons[/th] [/tr] [tr] [td] 🎮 Gameplay is engaging with a mixed of hack & slash, gunplay and abilities. Moreover, the controls are smooth enough to switch actively[/td] [td]📖 While the premise is quite intriguing at first. The overall execution is really weak, leading to messy storyline and awkward dialogue. It dump exposition so randomly and feel rushed, for the most part Ayumi the MC speaking to herself with the information most of the time. [/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]🖥️ Great visual, showcase a vibrant design of alien world, differ for each locations. Furthermore, Ayumi's design is very sexy, great to appreciate if you want to avoid the hideous character designs of Modern games.[/td] [td]❌/🎮 The special Time-rewind ability is very gimmicky and can be quite confusing to use effectively. Moreover, there is this one annoying monster that you have to rely on the ability to avoid otherwise it can grab you, yet the game decided to reset the ability's energy even when you save up before, thus you have to run around a bit & possibly get caught by the monster to progress, which is very strange and annoying.[/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]🎵 Sound effects are good. Wow ,ich bin beeindruckt wie viel Spaß ein altes Xbox360 Spiel macht, im Vergleich zu heutigen AAA Spielen.

古早物，当年玩过前作没玩过这个2代，好奇于是手贱尝试这个吹成女版鬼泣的东西。 开局点错进了DLC，一个法兰小粪坑加冗长无趣的刷怪很劝退，都想退款去喝杯奶茶了。 结果一想不对，人物都不一样。正片勉强可以忍，相对那个年代来说。 近战打击感太差，射击还马马虎虎。回溯时间创造分身重复路径上动作的设定还算有点新意。

Years ago I tried this game, because I could not run it on 3D I dropped it. Many years latter I was able to run it on 3D through dgVoodoo and reshade and oh boy! I really misjudged this game. There are good combos that give you that sense of super power.

This game is like a worse Lollipop chainsaw
