Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.86/day in the week to Sep 18 → 13.4/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.

This is just a never ending beta. Combat is cool but the only viable PvP is siege/nodewars, open world PvP is dead. If you somehow find someone to fight in open world, more than likely they out gear you and you die in 3 hits. Pay to win is still a thing and a lot of people instead of doing the grind fest will pay someone to PVE for them called pinoys. If you enjoy nothing but killing npc mobs in a circle for hours on end this is for you. If you like PvP and competitive play, try something else. Some people would argue AOS which is an instanced 3v3 mode. As a PvP player myself I come across the same 20-30 people constantly. When picking your character if its not SupeArmor or I-frame slop you will just get ran into the ground which negates skill in this game. Someone could be gifted skill wise and still get absolutely ran through by a better class where the player is mid at best. Someone of weapons per character dont make any sense. Ninja gets katanas as an awakening weapon which is cool and works while kunoichi gets a sah chakram hula-hoop, that has nothing to do with a kunoichi, the weapon isn't even Japanese. Game is in a horrible state and I dont see it becoming anything great. Want gear? Swipe that card! Want outfits? Swipe that card! Anything can be solved with a visa. side note- if your unfortunate enough to own this trash like myself, dont listen to market advise from youtubers/streamers, most if not all info told to you is only meant for the informer to better progress themselves by using subtle market manipulation.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just went through a tutorial. Total grindfest. Considering wheter I should keep playing or drop it.

very fun combat and flow
I went into Black Desert Online expecting another “grindy MMO” and came out with a love‑hate relationship: the combat and world hooked me hard, but the systems and pacing sometimes made it feel more like a part‑time job than a game. What I actually loved The action combat is still the best I’ve played in an MMO. Combos, dodges, guards, and class‑specific mechanics make fighting feel skillful and satisfying, even when I’m just clearing mobs in a grind spot. I also really like that I can set my own goals. If I don’t feel like grinding AP, I can fish, sail, trade, or work my node/worker empire and still feel like I’m progressing. The world looks gorgeous, the character creator is dangerously deep, and there’s always “one more thing” to optimise, which is perfect for my min‑max brain. Where it lost me a bit (SEEMS LIKE FOREVER AGO!) The new‑player experience is overwhelming. There are so many systems (enhancement, energy, workers, nodes, life skills, seasonal rules, etc.) and the tutorial doesn’t really explain how they all fit together, so I spent a lot of time wiki‑hopping instead of just playing. Endgame also feels thin if you’re used to traditional MMO raiding; there’s no clear raid ladder, and a lot of the “endgame” is personal gear goals, PvP, and life‑skill empires. AFK life skills like fishing can also warp the economy and make active grinding feel less rewarding, which kills some of the momentum. Who I think this is for If you like solo‑friendly progression, deep systems, fashion, and action combat—and you’re okay setting your own long‑term goals—BDO is fantastic. If you want structured group content, a strong story, or a gentle onboarding experience, it’ll probably frustrate you. My final take Black Desert Online is a beautiful, systems‑heavy sandbox that rewards patience and self‑direction. I had a blast mastering combat and building my little empire, but the grind, RNG, and lack of clear group endgame kept it from feeling like a perfect fit. For me it’s a 7–8/10: absolutely worth trying if you like the idea of a personal progression MMO, but only if you’re comfortable with a steep learning curve and a lot of solo play.
top !!!! jamais vu un mmo aussi complet, ya tellement de chose a faire en pve, en pvp , ce jeu est un MUST
