O jogo tem potencial, mas é extremamente curto, em 35 min da pra zerar. Ps: não sei se tem final bom, se ouver não consido escapar do manequin gigante
Played on Linux using Proton-GE, has videos, It works but it's another asset map/house i've walked around so many times before, game play is not as fun as the videos make it look, Graphics and Texture are assets used so many times before, anyway it's just not a good Game and i don't recommend it at all (even on sale).
This game is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and, humorously, appears to have been the nail in the coffin for the developer's career in game design. As a streamer of hot garbage, I am quite familiar with the free works offered by 616 Games on GameJolt. The thing is that on GameJolt, when you release a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cookie cutter asset flip horror game, you get nothing but nice comments from people who seemingly have brain damage telling you that your game was the scariest thing they ever played and it was so great and they wish they could somehow sell you vital organs of theirs in tribute to your greatness. So far as I can tell, it seems that Mr. Brazzers or whatever his name is got a big head from all this canned praise and decided that the gaming public deserved to pay him for his work. Unfortunately for him, Steam is a platform where people play actually good games and, consequently, will absolutely tell you if you've made a horrible, horrible mistake in the form of a Unity engine game. It seems that this is the author's final offering and I would wager a substantial amount on the fault being his ego taking a hit at the "Mixed" reviews, with almost all the "Positive" ones being jokes. Also of note, as of this review, five years after the game's release, the author has apparently STILL not addressed the game simply not functioning at all on Linux despite claims that he'd totally get on it back when the game was new. The actual game here, if you can really call it that, is exactly the same kind of lukewarm turd that the developer offers for free on GameJolt, only this time you're expected to pay $2 USD for the privilege of tasting it. Ostensibly set in the real life city of Centralia, no doubt chosen because the author read that it inspired Silent Hill and being derivative is his cup of tea, you would literally never guess the setting if the game didn't beat you over the head with it as you never once go outside or even see any fog or smoke. You play as Isac[sic], a man who suddenly murdered his family in 1980 and went to jail for 15 years. Getting out in 1992, because 616 Games specialize in math problems, he returns to his house to try and solve the secret of what possessed him and made him do these evil deeds. SPOILER ALERT: Despite the game repeatedly claiming that the fire beneath Centralia was coming from Hell, the plot is never resolved in any meaningful way, and that's doing a lot of stretching claiming that there's a plot to begin with. The entirety of the game involves wandering around cookie cutter hallways, occasionally picking up keys or shooting at monsters. There is no narrative whatsoever, with the only attempts at a story coming from random snippets written on pictures of the city and the protagonist saying things like "What the hell?" and "This can't be happening." Even while just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around and intentionally trying to make ♥♥♥♥ break, I finished the game in an hour and a half, and the ending is a stupid, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sequel hook that resolves literally nothing. The game itself is made with a template engine that dozens or maybe even hundreds of crappy asset flip Unity horror games are made with. I specifically recognize this one because the author uses the actual template level that it comes with as the second playable area in the game with only minor edits done. I suppose in his defense that he could have just done what others have done on GameJolt and released the template unedited and claimed it as his own game, but... I mean, that's not really saying much, is it? It should be noted that most small items in the environment can be picked up and interacted with, but this serves no purpose 90% of the time and at least one model features a broken texture that has text from Wikipedia copied and pasted onto it complete with a citation number they forgot to remove. This isn't the author's fault as I've seen this same model in other games in this engine before, but that just makes it all the more lazy. I was also sorely disappointed to find that, despite some reviews mentioning hilariously terrible voice acting, there doesn't appear to be any in the game. Assumedly the author removed the voices in embarrassment after reading numerous reviews insulting it, and frankly that's a shame. Laughing at ♥♥♥♥♥♥ voice acting would have made this feel a little less like a complete and total ripoff. And again, it only cost $2 USD and a friend gifted it to me. Still, I feel guilty. That money could have gone towards a pack of gum, or towards covering a bottle of Mountain Dew or something. In summation, you would be much better off to simply search GameJolt for "616 Games" and download all the free crap this guy made before he did this. It's all the same kind of quality--yes, seriously, he didn't improve a thing for his paid release on Steam--and you don't have to feel like you've done something morally wrong in order to get them.
Is a good game, even beeing a short and indie game...
3/10
this game is way 2 scary too play at night hav nightmares
