In BioShock 2, you step into the boots of the most iconic denizen of Rapture, the Big Daddy, as you explore through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7/day in the week to Aug 20 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Bioshock2 is just so tiring. Sure, the stupid Bioshock1 hack mechanism is removed, but you become so much squishier, and very single BigDaddy and every single enemies wave is just a health and energy sink getting hit from all directions far away on unreachable floors with bullet barricades. The waves are just excessive and absurd. As a result it becomes a chore scavenger game, scavenging for ammo most of the time, and drain them all up on every major encounter and get soft locked. There is NO "survival horror" as advertised. The enemies are not dodgeable in stealth like in a proper "horror" and they spawn indefinitely with time even during major event. Intentionally choking player's resources is just bad design choice. Seriously sick and tired of fighting Brute and Big Daddy and Big Sister right after without break and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Simon the preacher horde with almost nothing. The game might have some fun and potential, but definitely NOT on your first playthrough.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Buggy abandonded mess.
The EULA makes you their product. Don't accept this, it's not a bad game, but definitely not worth this.
BIG DADDY 2!
Very good! Though not as groundbreaking as the first game, Bioshock 2 is a worthwhile experience for any fan of the series. It adds a great deal of lore through voice memos, and implements new plasmids and abilities. I thought the combat was good; it's fun to experiment with the variety of weapons the game provides. Mirroring other reviews, my game did crash, but only once. I was sure to quicksave frequently after this, because I had to replay over 45 minutes of the level I was on. This, paired with the absence of autosaves, is my only real issue with the game. Otherwise, I happily recommend it! I'm looking forward to Bioshock Infinite.
not as good as 1, why change the controls like the way they have here? weird. but fun!!
