Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Between Horizons is set aboard the Zephyr, humanity's first generation ship en route to another star. You assume the role of Chief of Security Stella, who was born on the ship 24 years ago. Dive into the conspiracy behind the incident that threatens to disrupt the Zephyr's social order and foil its mission.
Between Horizons is a modern 2.5D pixel art adventure that brings a branching narrative into a semi-open world. The team at DigiTales has applied numerous lessons from their first game Lacuna and proven solutions to detective game design problems to maximize player agency in the investigation process – all the while maintaining the tight pacing of a meaningful story that will ask you to reevaluate your moral compass and make increasingly tough decisions as the situation aboard the ship spirals out of control.

An Unusual Adventure: Between Horizons merges investigation gameplay with a branching sci-fi story in an ever-expanding Metroidvania-style environment.
Think For Yourself: The flexible evidence system lets you assign clues to cases, confront people about them, and solve any case with at any point in time. Everything you find on the ship may or may not be connected to the mystery at hand.
Failure is Very Much an Option: There are no second chances — submitting an incorrect solution means that consequences may follow as the story branches and ends based on your decisions.
Set Your Course: Underneath the game's exciting and plausible sci-fi plot lies a number of thought-provoking problems inviting you to weigh intergenerational responsibility against personal freedom.
A New Dimension: Timeless pixel art merges with 3D environments and modern visual effects to create a unique art style. Prefer old-school 2D? No problem, you can switch any time!

Finished it in under 6 hours. Great plotlines, great artistic direction, great soundtricks, great characters, plot twist and choices. Highly recommand.
I liked the story and the game as a whole. I think the only thing I would have wanted to be a bit different is the fast travel(instead of teleporting to the train station, why not teleport to the location i'm specifically selecting). It would also be nice to be given a specific list of evidence talking points for specific characters instead of me having to look in my evidence file and scroll every single time on random things. It is more tedious than anything else. Overall I liked putting together things and puzzling stuff out. I did have to get some help on a few things which was stumping me but overall everything was fairly solvable. Really forces you to reread and look at all the information you collected. I wasn't HUGELY happy with there being only two possible ending options as I didn't really consider either to be good or bad, but a bit of both. I suppose that's probably on purpose though. Overall I recommend the game :)

I've finished the game in 9 hours - the story had the potential to go on much longer but gameplay-wise it was perfect. I loved the concept of having the freedom to decide wether you think you've cracked a case or not. The game still continues even if you made the wrong decision. Some argued that the teleportation system doesn't make much sense - yes, you cannot teleport directly to a room, only to the nearest trainstation - but that didn't bother me too much. The whole space ship is not that huge so pretty comprehensible. If you want to play detective for a couple of hours and wanna dive into a cool story - this is your game!
Fun, interesting, some tough choices. Bit shorter than i was expecting, but i enjoyed all of it, and liked the ending.
i enjoyed every bit of this game, but i can understand why it will appeal to only a handful of people.
Adventure-mystery game with pixel art graphics.
Puzzles: Clever, logic-driven, and very rewarding to figure out.Story: Deep mystery featuring an unexpected plot twist.Music: A varied soundtrack with standout tracks alongside some average ones.
