Bean Stalker

One of the biggest missed gems in VR... I played Bean Stalker with a few different friends and recommended it to others at the time. Everyone who played the game, loved it. Bean Stalker has some of the most unique & fun mechanics of any VR game and the whole objective of the game is unique to any other game out there. But where's the issue? Due to the game only launching for SteamVR, the traction it was able to gain was slow and the support was small. This resulted to development of the game dropping off a cliff and the game being left in it's current state (which isn't bad, there just could be so much more added). We personally stopped playing solely because of the development stopping as we didn't really want to finish the game knowing that there wouldn't be anything more to come... Even though development was halted, I really hope that one day this has the potential to make it to other VR stores and give it the exposure it needed in the first place. There were many streamers who played Bean Stalker at the time it came out and they were also a big fan, is just such a shame it didn't have the opportunity to be more popular. Bring the game back, bring it to more people and see how many people will love it!

It's wild how slept on this game is as a VR title, they truly made something enjoyable here, with Different Biomes on later Bean stalks, a variety of enemies and materials, weapons, puzzles and boss fights, I will say the puzzles are a little repetitive, but that's pretty much my own flaw to mention with it, I hope one day a VR creator gives this a surge in popularity, cause I genuinely believe a lot of people are missing out on a Gem here.

Got this game as a gift while it was 90% off, but would definitely pay 20 for it. Lost 8 hours in the blink of an eye just scaling this damnable bean stalk, taking everything nailed down or otherwise. Screaming for my life as I lost ages of exposure therapy for arachnophobia has never been this fun. 10/10, will climb again.

Кто знает игру Trine наверняка почувствуют нотки того самого вайба, зов приключенческой сказки или как это ещё обозвать, чудесное послевкусие. Забрал на зимней распродаже, всего за 49 отечественных рубасов. Это преступление на самом деле, отдавать такой крутой продукт по такой малой цене. Одна из самых недооценённых VR-игр в стиме на мой взгляд (пишу зимой 2024-2025 гг.) Берите, зовите друзей, зовите меня, зовите всех на покорение высот!

got this game on a wicked sale, im astonished by how much stuff is packed into this game, 10/10 will be climbing more bean stalks in the future

Give this game a chance! At least play until you unlock the grappling hook. I was finding it a bit tedious, slow, and tiring for the first several exersions, but once you can start moving between the branches faster, the game becomes a LOT more fun. Haven't had a chance to play with friends, but multiplayer looks like a blast! My only wish is that this game got bHaptics support

An amazingly underrated VR title. As is the game is a lot of fun. Unfortunately it appears that development of this game has ended. But for the sale price of $2 it's well worth it as a fun Co-Op VR game, the game has enough content as is to be able to sink time into, just a shame it won't be getting any updates as the game has a lot of potential.

You haven't experienced thrill until you do a leap of faith in the face of certain death and grapple to safety from a very, very high fall. The review that got me to buy this game compared it to Shrek. I was not disappointed.

€2 for this is 100% worth it, even at full price i'd recommend it.

I forgot how scared of heights I was until I played this game.
