So long that I forgot the pain. This is the one that fiddles your balls for the first 2 levels before halfway thru lvl3 when it slaps on the concrete & sandpaper condom to remind you of just what a dildo of a game it is, and i promise it reminds you who that strapon belongs to. 10/10, quite truly one of the best games ever (despite my previous statements - this isn't a joke). Batsugun is relentless in how it draws you back for one more try. Insane how far ♥♥♥♥ has fallen off the rails in this stupid industry.
Ich muss sagen es ist dank der "small" Hitbox Einstellung nicht zu frustrierend für Shmup Einsteiger und macht wirklich fun, kann es nur weiterempfehlen, vor allem im Sale! :-)
The port quality seems pretty good, and I can easily access save states with the F keys for practice. Batsugun itself is a very fun game. It's fairly short, pretty hectic, and not too tough once you get the hang of it.
The great grandfather to the DonPachi series. This game oozes cool of the time. A must play if you like the genre.
Less bells and whistles than the other port but it still has all the features you really need and it feels accurate.
Just as awesome and fun as I remember it.
I really love this classic badass Toaplan shmup. Extremely well done and satisfactory to play. This Bitwave port satisfies the minimum requirements of low input lag, providing both the Original and Special versions as well as some additional options such as recording the gameplay. But Toaplan shmups deserve much better such as enhanced graphics and soundtrack and overall better gadgets and more elaborate UI, The lack of effort from the Bitwave team would justify a negative rating.
The original game is good, so I recommend it, but to be honest I mainly wanted the record function to avoid being recording manually my 1CC attempts and the record function is not sure. Issues are too frequent. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, sometimes it triggers the 1 coin button each frame which makes a horrible noise... Don't count on the record function. A rewind / save state function has been added, like in the modern emulation systems. Not bad. You can switch version between normal and special batsugun. A cool way to play it legally and not so expensive ;).
The best non-bullethell and non-Treasure vertical shmup that's out there.
A top all time actual arcade shmup with unlimited free play! Sweet UI and settings menu, small size, still hits IMHO. Fans of genre, worth it even at full price of 32 quarters here.
