Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 21.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I can't even begin how good this game is. First of all, the story and the side quests were great and kept you focused, collecting the riddler trophies was not just wastefull grinding but completing a storyline and an achievement. This game was an upgrade in every way from Arkham Asylum, but the advanced AR training gave me nightmares and long lasting nerve problems.
This game is bigger and better than Arkham Asylum in almost every way. If you enjoyed the gameplay of the other Arkham games and/or the Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor/War games, then you will undoubtedly enjoy playing this game. The story is alright, following the first game's premise of being just one really long and f'ed up night in Batman's shoes, and they really do a great job of making you feel like the Dark Knight. Do yourself a favor and install the Arkham City Redux mod from Nexusmods. It contains a massive hi-res texture pack and an updated launcher that allows you to unlock the FPS and push graphics settings higher than the game normally allows. All while not disabling Steam Achievements! I've only encountered a couple things that have irked me. First, the AR missions are just plain awful. They require you to glide through several mid-air checkpoints without touching the ground, and are a massive pain in the ass. Either you'll get them on the first attempt, or it'll take 50 attempts. Another issue compounded by the need to repeatedly get back up to the AR mission start points is that the Grapnel Boost will sometimes send you flying in random directions instead of the direction you're facing, the direction you're already moving, or even the direction you're pressing the movement keys. It seems to only do this when using the Grapnel Boost to speed towards a ledge when there is another ledge a little higher and behind the one being boosted to, the game doesn't seem to like boosting you over a ledge you didn't grapple to so it shoots you off in a random direction (often backwards toward the camera, which really sucks). The AR mission over the water in front of Joker's hideout was the absolute worst, the start point is on the roof of a catwalk but the game won't let you target the roof with your grapple unless you're close... and boosting to the catwalk sends you flying away from the catwalk and into the water. But by far the absolute worst part about this game, imho, is that their handling of the open world and gadget unlocks. Sure I understand that it's common for games like this to have secret areas scattered about the world that won't necessarily be accessible when you first find them, often requiring a certain gadget or ability that's gained later in the game. And I have no problem with those. What I do have a problem with are basic aspects of the game that are, for whatever idiotic reason, gated behind progressing the story. And trust me: the reason, if there is one, is idiotic. The first game allowed Batman to "inspect" things while in Detective Mode, and that feature was introduced very early on. It wasn't available during the first hour of this game, so I thought it just wasn't a thing in this game. Wrong! It's a thing, I just needed to progress far enough in the story to unlock that particular ability. Why was it locked behind story progress? No clue! But at least they made it a quest step, to examine your surroundings. Same thing for tagging unreachable Riddler Trophies, minus the "you could do it in the last game" part. This game adds the truly AWESOME ability to tag currently-unreachable Riddler Trophies and puts an icon on your map so you can come back later. Except that particular ability is locked behind story progression, and they didn't even bother writing a quest for it. It's just something the game randomly tells you you can do, likely long after you've encountered plenty of unreachable Riddler Trophies in the open world that you were completely unable to tag even if you knew the key to press. It's cool that they made this game more open-world, imo but they didn't spend enough time on the traversal methods... likely because they spent so much time on placing FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY Riddler Trophies around the map. Still an extremely fun game though, I highly recommend it.

PEAK
