Fun game so far! Cool 2D action with interesting physics-based movement, reminds me of good times playing Mario Galaxy as a kid. Having your movement and attack be the same mechanic is pretty cool. Cool artstyle too. Difficult in a fun way and reasonably forgiving.
100% Baseless is a very underrated game that features a simple control scheme that leads to pretty challenging bullet-hell style gameplay with a pretty cute story to back it up. It took a minute to click with the movement, but once you get a grasp and try some of the other power ups and abilities to see what you like, it leads to a very fun experience overall. Genuinely an amazing game, one of the best I have played this year so far. My only possible complaint I have is it's decently short with only 7 levels, but those levels feel amazing and there is still a lot of content to consume within those levels and even in the main hub world. You can truly feel the passion and character behind this game, and since the game is relatively unknown, it was a lot of fun theorycrafting my own strategies on what I believed to be optimal for success. I highly recommend this game and hope for more content in the future!

Baseless is such a well executed game concept that I cannot get enough of and foresee many hours playing in. The combat is so fun to learn and difficult to master, the art style is bright and colorful. Absolutely recommend you give it a shot if you are a fan of bullet hells, awesome soundtacks, beautiful art design, and fun, yet challenging, gameplay.

Super fun and innovative game. Love the colors and the simplicity of the graphics. Easy to learn but hard to master, for sure. I can already see myself sinking time to master the tech. Playing with a mouse ball ups the difficulty tremendously, so keep a controller or another mouse handy- to save your thumbs.
it can be a little long to get through everything but the music is wonderful, especially in the battle scenes. there's an extended version that can make the whole thing like 50% longer but that's just for the super fans. however sean astin does a excellent job and so does elijah wood. highly recommend for fantasy fans edit: i was trying to leave a review for lord of the rings but cannot figure out how to change this review. baseless is fun to play if you are not looking for a fantasy movie trilogy but if you are i would recommend lord of the rings
I was transported back to PSP era games in the best way possible. This brought me back to the days of playing Patapon on my PSP. The aesthetic, gameplay, and story are all delightful. Using your gun for movement is fun and a bit stressful at the same time. Now I want a Patapon roguelike, wait did they make that? A really good time if you are a fan of any of the genres listed. I recommend this game if you miss your PSP.

A unique movement shooter with great visual cohesion! Kind of difficult to get used to, so it's great for someone looking for a challenge. Still early in the game to say how difficult it can get, but I can see the game becoming really fun!
