🎵 DAS SIND BIBI UND TINA, AUF... 🎵 oh wait... wrong game.
"I loooove horses."

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ THIS ♥♥♥♥!!!!!!!!!! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORSE GUY!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!! im the besT.... :df:d:d:d:d:
I was really excited to play because of the nostalgia and there were definitely things I really enjoyed. However the short story, lack of horse variety and various gameplay annoyances make it hard for me to justify the €20 price. I was expecting a lot more content, especially when it comes to quests because the main story felt pretty short and was over before I knew it. I've seen people criticize the game quality, but sometimes it feels like they're forgetting that this is a Barbie game made primarily for kids...I loved being able to customize my barbie and my horse, exploring the map to find hidden boxes that unlock outfits was fun and rewarding. The side quests were also a nice addition for the most part. I was kinda disappointed by some of the limitations. I wish we could change the horses coat color or even ride different horses throughout the game. It feels like a missed opportunity in a "horse focused" adventure. There were also quite a few small frustrations that added up over time. The horse gets dirty way too often, scratches happen constantly and I occasionally got stuck in certain places. Some missions were confusing because it wasn't always clear what I was supposed to do, while others felt unnecessarily difficult. Overall the game is a cute, relaxing, enjoyable exploration and customization, especially for fans of Barbie :D
I picked up Barbie Horse Trails during the Steam Horse Sale, and while it has some charming ideas, it also has quite a few areas that could use improvement. The overall graphics could definitely be better, and I really wish the game let me customize my character and name my own horse. Despite that, there are several features I genuinely enjoy. One of the most unique mechanics is how the horse will guide you toward interesting things on its own—a very cute and helpful touch that keeps exploration from feeling tedious. The game has a relaxing rhythm thanks to its side quests, collectible cosmetics, and the fun of finding boxes with outfits. I also love that you can catalog images of animals, and that different animals appear during day vs. night, which adds a nice sense of discovery. The archaeology element is a surprisingly enjoyable bonus. However, the camera system really needs improvement. Photos often turn out blurry, smaller animals are hard to photograph in tall grass, and once the camera roll fills up, the game doesn’t clearly tell you what to do next. Since documenting locations and animals is a big part of the gameplay, it should absolutely support bulk editing or bulk deleting. It also would be great to have the ability to take photos while riding. Another small frustration is that the horse is constantly dirty and always wants scratches, which interrupts the flow a lot. It would also be helpful if players could pick things up while riding, since there’s so much gathering involved. The constellation mapping minigame is also noticeably difficult compared to the rest of the game. Overall, Barbie Horse Trails has some creative ideas and cozy exploration elements, but it still needs refinements—especially with the camera, character customization, and quality-of-life features. With improvements, it could be a truly delightful horse adventure. For now, it’s charming but imperfect.
muito bom todos deveriam comprar
Ganz süß gemacht, die Steuerung vom Pferd finde ich etwas seltsam. Manchmal driftet es zur Seite weg.
