This insanely addictive roguelike is a masterpiece. I love needing to use my brain to calculate stuff, and find the optimal configuration. the game is balanced just right to make it difficult to find good jokers and beat the higher Stakes, and yet you always get close enough to make you think "okay one more and ill definitely get it" I have hundreds of hours on the mobile version and only recently moved to the PC version. I will never get sick of it. 10/10

Conseil : Activez les "cartes à haut contraste" dans les options du jeu pour mieux différencier les piques des trèfles et les carreaux des coeurs. Ça change la vie ! Je recommande Balatro, qui - à mon sens - mérite ses lauriers, ps: J'ai joué 59h sur Steam, mais j'y ai joué sur d'autres plateformes, pour un total de 200h

267 hours later, I have finally 100% all achievements. I think its a great game overall and I can't wait for more content in the game. I thought I would dread C++ Achievement however it was the most fun part of the game and I believe the grind is worth it. Its great value for money as well, I've even bought it on my phone when I'm away from my computer, so that I can play on my phone. I would recommend this game heavily.

So many people say the game's like crack... Why would you recommend crack? I personally did not get hooked, I suppose Balatro is just not for me. It is too RNG-driven, has too few strategic elements, and too little variety between the runs compared to something like Slay the Spire.
Fun game, a bit unbalanced, but still very cool. I got burned out on it after trying to get all the achievements, and then came back to finish the job hehe. Anyways, very recommended if you wanna chill, but getting all the achievements was very unpleasant, mostly because it’s pure gambling and grind lol. Also, I wish there were more Jokers and fun ways to break the game instead of just a few, but overall, I’m happy that this game exists and I had a great time with it.
