Even being in Alpha, game is a pile of crap. The general idea of it is interesting, but EVERYTHING else is horrible. -Bad graphics quality -map is empty and way too barren -movement and combat is just hilariously bad -AI is just A, 0 intelligence. -Voice actors should be fired Overall, there is absolutely zero potential in this. It feels like it's a mobile game made for Gameboy advanced emulators running on a Wii. Avoid at all costs EDIT: 4 years later, my initial review was absolutely spot on, devs abandoned it eons ago, and it's still the same steaming pile of crap, much love to all the braindead fanboys crying in the comments <3
Best one liner for this would be, Open world adventure on the Arabian peninsula. It's still in early access but the game is playable in sandbox mode currently. I'm looking forward to the addition of maps this month as it was of concern on my last playthrough. I started in a bedoiun camp and after a free cup of cofee or two i was off into the mountains on a stolen horse. I bagged a deer with my rifle at range and crested the hill to find an ancient ruin where I was soon engaged in combat with some bandits, There are still some areas for improvement but i've been following the game for a bit now and it's finally reached a point where it was worth the price to play in sandbox. It will be interesting to see how story mode is initiated as currently I can fight everyone but bedoiuns and villagers but theres not really anyone to talk to. Just me my camel and a wide open desert. And a lions charging me, scratch that. Edit: so having played this for a while with each new update they are continuing to add features without ruining the game concept, quests and npcs now allow more interaction and they have introduced mapping and unique names for the points of interest, I'm looking forward to when they start sampling story mode. One of the few early access purchases I've been happy with. I'm hoping with this next update we'll finally be closer to a beta-level addenda: Positive experience with game, the unfinished version better than starsand "complete" no updates since Covid hit, Small studio, I'd prefer thinking it was abandoned vs. there being no-one to continue it.
crashes so much cant even open the game if i do i just crash again
Definitely a game to watch. Very Unfinished, but semi-playable. Vehicles are nice if you can get a truck early, be on the lookout for extra vehicles to drain though. pros- -Unique survival situation -Desert lovers dream! -CAMELS!! -variety of weapons Cons- -Unpolished -voice acting is aweful -enemies with firearms not having extra bullets -Camel front legs glitch if the stand up info isn't played through -the UI needs refinement Maybes- -Sand -Lots of Sand -Gameplay video can be slightly misleading
This is an abandonware abomination. I spawned next to a camp and then I had to set all my own controls since the defaults were blank. Once I did that, I proceeded to take down everyone that wasnt a trader of some sort in the outskirts of the camp with no repercussions. Only when I attacked a guy in the camp did I commit a crime and the most inept archers and shooters took me down since I had apparently no way to fire the looted weapons I had. Avoid this - 0/10 not even for free.
Spoilers: the quality of this game is in its title... BADiya. This is an Arabic open-world survival sim type game and it's very "bad" - the only accurate feature in this Arabic game is that there are no women allowed (no female NPCs, no female gender for character creation lol 🤦)... Badiya has been in early access for 5 years and has been turned it into a battle royale for mobile devices?? Anyway, this version of the game is like launch-day Cyberpunk and barely functions, I had to rebind the non-existent controls a bunch of times, the AI doesn't work and will walk into walls while I run them down on a camel, and the framerate often slows to a crawl for no good reason even on low settings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C99JBk64xyY
Eu tentei por mais de 3h, mas não tem jeito. O jogo foi abandonado. É confuso. É difícil salvar, é difícil andar com o carro. E é cru demais. Andei pelo mapa e tem meia dúzia de coisas para fazer e olhe lá. Quem me dera o produtor tivesse terminado.
