Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5/day in the week to Aug 4 → 13/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to the Living Lands, a mysterious island filled with adventure and danger.
Set in the fictional world of Eora that was first introduced to players in the Pillars of Eternity franchise, Avowed is a first-person fantasy action RPG from the award-winning team at Obsidian Entertainment.
The Living Lands is an island where the air hums with ancient magic, the flora seems to move with a mind of its own, and the ground beneath your feet shifts with secrets waiting to be unearthed.
Now, the Living Lands faces a dire threat—a mysterious plague that defies nature and reason, spreading chaos across its sprawling wilderness.
As an envoy of Aedyr, you are sent to investigate, but what begins as a mission of duty soon becomes deeply personal—you feel as though the land recognizes you and is pulling you toward something greater. The choices you make will ripple across the Living Lands, shaping the fates of its people, its creatures, and even yourself. But beware, for every decision carries weight, and the forces you encounter will not hesitate to test your resolve.
Can you navigate the tangled web of intrigue, power, and danger to uncover the truth? Can you save this unknown frontier and your soul from the forces threatening to tear them asunder?
Even more to do in the game! This update brings New Game Plus, a Photo Mode, a brand new weapon type with two-handed staves, the ability to change character appearance whenever you’d like, new character creation presets, additional Godlike presets, custom game difficulty settings, and the addition of three new playable races: Dwarf, Aumaua, and Orlan.
The Living Lands is a place that feels foreign yet somewhat intrinsic to you as it feels the island itself is calling out to you for help. Explore an island home to many different environments and landscapes, each with their own unique ecosystem.
Mix and match swords, spells, guns, and shields to fight your way. Dig into your grimoire for spells to trap, freeze or burn enemies, bash them with your shield, or use range bows to attack from a distance.
Companions from a spread of species will fight alongside you, with their own unique set of abilities. From a former mercenary to an eccentric wizard, they will be part of your journey with your choices shaping them as you help them with their quests.

Reviews
Avowed is good but could have been great after many minor tweaks gameplay is awesome (for an action rpg) the main story and most of the major side-quests are pretty good, but more and more of the really goofy flaws emerge when you do 100% of the content and/or your roleplaying vision doesn't align with whatever the developers intended why is giatta calling me her friend when i'm constantly degrading everything she stands for and (vaguely) insulting her at every opportunity? i hate her let me kill her (and all other animancers) or at least let me throw her out of my party why is almost every dialogue option related to steel garrote either insulting them or staying silent while they're being insulted by others? you allow me to fight by their side you allow me to (mostly) justify their actions you allow me to kill others on their behalf why can't i be nice to them for 99% of the game? why are all companions so accepting of my actions? what do you mean 'most of the time we agree', i'm literally your antithesis i stand against you at every opportunity you hate my nation and wish me gone i allowed your homeland to be destroyed why do you call me your friend??? why does the random abortion side-quest have so many dialogues and branching paths compared to most other quests? and why is there no path in which i can say "my government's law is good and i agree with it"? why can i, at most, say: "i don't agree with it, but it's the law, i'm sorry"??? i'm literally the mouthpiece of the empire why can't i argue in favor of its law? why i, the envoy of the empire, engage in fetch quests for random dudes in the middle of nowhere? shouldn't my quests be... bigger, by orders of magnitude? couldn't you come up with, like, anything? i'm pretty negative above, but Avowed is mostly good and i recommend it, especially to already existing fans of Pillars of Eternity, even if only to learn what happened after the second game

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I tried to like it but I feel like nothing in the game lives up to its trailers. They give the feeling of high impact and varied gameplay. Most of it for me was just spamming my left mouse button. Sometimes a dodge or spell. The companions are there, the story is a thing, the character builder is well it exists. Maybe I'm a bit harsh but even though you can be a sycophant of an evil empire the game kinda feels awkward if you do because of how the companions are all goody twoshoes who aren't of the empire. Honesly if this game had an extra companion that would actually be an empire loyalist and you get them at the start it would likely have felt way better already. If you enjoy 100% exploring a map then this game is a fun 7-8/10. If you don't care for it then it is a 6-7/10 at best. For me it's a 5 since I didn't like the spammy combat nor the companions nor the story direction nor the supposedly tropical setting that never really had an impact on the world. Conclusion: I wanted to like it and expected something like dark messiah mixed with skyrim and the game just never grabbed me. (Stopped playing after act 2)
Tainted Grail the fall of Avalon.
i wish i could recommend this game but it's so nothingburger, to me. choices you HAVE to make generally all suck, but it's not in the fun way of it all sucking that other games have pulled off. the combat can be very fun, but everything else is kind of just............ eh.
starts good, everything else mid
