Augmented Empire

Have started streaming this on my Youtube channel and really like it so far! Charming yet simple, with good voice acting, gorgeous character portrait art and engaging writing; it seems a great little title at the price it is going for. Big thumbs up!

Fantastic little gem with awesome voice acting. My only problem is that the game doesn't allow me to save whenever I want. Which caused me to replay missions I already finished (which was quite annoying). Other than that, it's a great game.

A hidden gem of Steam! I found this game through an AD on Instagram and i found it interesting. I played the demo and right now i'm playing the full game, is really worth it! The full game feels a bit different than the DEMO but in a good way. (No need of random % of hit or miss, now it's up to you! Something i really appreciate because i'm very unlucky with the 'luck' mechanics. lol For now i say this game is a solid 8! Update 5/4/2026, this game is a 9.5, great ending, great development of the events, one of the best games of Steam from my point of view <3

[h1][b]Good But Not Great[/b][/h1] Fun story and writing keeps players interested in the story. However, the linear and simple combat takes away from the magic that this genre can truly be. Maybe the combat gets more diverse and complicated after 3 or 4 hours of playing but as of my 1.6 hours in the game so far, the combat falls onto the lack luster side. A decent turn based tactics game. Linear in its approach and the battle is quite straight forward but it is enjoyable all the same. You get a number of playable characters, who you deploy for different missions. As they level up they can acquire new augments (abilities). The game is quite easy and has around 26 missions in all. Worth the buy at a sale.

Not horrible but there are much better games out there. Slow start, becomes somewhat interesting in the middle but then the last half is a real drag. Same recycled environments, same filler fights, story not very interesting or engaging. Can safely skip this one.

超现实帝国！居然真的给我找到了，当年在小米vr一体机上玩的，可惜平台不继续运营了，想这游戏想了好久好久😭今年一搜发现居然出pc端的了，火速入手玩完，也算是给自己童年（不太能算）买个单。 总的来说非常值得一玩！现在打折不到三十块的价格可以体验7到8小时左右？主要是可以当成一个剧情向游戏玩所以不要对其耐玩程度保有太大希望，当看电影了！因为是老游戏加上一开始还是vr的，所以建模可能会有一些粗糙，不过至少对于我来说不影响体验。 游戏玩法上是我非常喜欢的回合制策略加qte！很多玩家不喜欢这种玩法但是我个人真的很喜欢，基本上战斗可以碾压过去，很多看上去比较重复的战斗轮其实因为中期就可以一回合秒杀所以也没什么枯燥感，物资的话稍微搜搜地图就足够了，商店的功能略微有点赘余。 不过游戏内的存档机制稍微有一些些小问题，记得开新任务前确保已经做完了上一个任务，有时候开游戏存档点会在上一个任务刚出来的对话阶段，这时候如果开新任务会中断此前的任务，我电脑最近有点问题所以回了好几次档稍微有点难受（） 剧情上给各位稍微一点点警醒，女主可能会有一些让人红温的操作，不过不是特别影响观感，毕竟我们是全知视角但是这7个小时得改变这些游戏角色几十年的人生所以稍微反应激烈一点我们谅解一下（） 再总结一下，不算令人震撼的大作，但是如果你喜欢这种游戏类型的话它完全对得起这个价格！ 也谢谢制作组愿意把这部作品重置放到pc平台上，我当年用vr玩脖子真的好痛...

This is a good game for playing through once. I had no desire to replay the entire game again though. I liked the combat, which is based on a timed click of the mouse on a metered bar. This is something I have never seen before in a turn-based combat game. There are no frustrating misses that are determined by some random calculation of a hit chance. You determine this yourself by how well you time the clicks of the mouse on the meter that swings back and forth. This game is also well optimized. I played in 4k resolution and never dropped a single frame. The main negative aspect of this game however is the story in my opinion. And this game is heavily focused on the story with tons of dialogue. I never could pick up on what was going on because the story is highly confusing and convoluted. I often felt as if I had missed a few games previously in this series that must have told the story because it just never made any sense to me. But there are no previous games. There is also no inventory to manage and I never felt like I was building the characters up in any way because I was actually able to play the entire game without using any of the abilities. Combat can also get a little repetitive at times. Overall, this game is definitely worth the price and is a good experience that I found rather enjoyable aside from trying to follow the storyline. I can recommend this game for a one time playthrough for sure.
