Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.14/day in the week to Aug 31 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Atomcraft is a game where you can pick up and place every pixel of the environment. Pixels react to whatever is around them, and you can build vessels and machines to make reactions happen.

Upgrade your drill and your tools to dig deeper and deeper into the planet in search of better materials!
Smelt ore and perform chemical reactions!
Build machines to do chemistry and extract elements!
and repair your spaceship piece by piece!
Every element on the periodic table will exist somewhere on the planet, although extracting them from their ores may require some creativity!

You can also craft mechanical pixels, such as:
conveyor belts
trapdoors
heating and cooling elements
wiring for signal-based machines
buttons, switches, and sensors
and even logic gates!
Advanced materials like nitroglycerin require careful construction of reaction machines to craft them without the materials exploding!
Delve deeper and deeper through the layers of the planet until you discover every material on the periodic table, repair the systems of your crashed ship, and possibly uncover the fate of this mysterious world!

I cannot recommend this game. To begin with, there is no EA disclaimer, even though many features feel unfinished, and everything but the starter planet is available, with the rest 'coming soon'. I don't have the impression that the developer is trying to scam people, so I can overlook this point, but potential buyers should be aware that this is very much like a demo, and not a full game. No, the reasons I cannot recommend this game, especially in its current state, are the lackluster implementation, questionable design choices, and inconsistencies between how chemistry works in the real world, and how it works in this game, even in the context of a 'fun simulation'. There is no heat conduction in this game, only radiation, and it being 2D, that limits what kind of machines you can build, and while on the topic of building machines -- using inadequate tools. As a result, the forges you build are usually compact machines to save on fuel usage, which funnel the product into a wedge where there is not enough surrounding material to react, or alternatively, it is too tightly packed to produce gases. Why do the gases not float up through liquid or solid matter? Who the ♥♥♥♥ knows. The range of reaction is also pitifully small, so you end up with two incompatible ideas: Build a large forge to allow reactions at large scales, but also build a small forge because you can't put out enough heat due to non-existent heat transfer mechanics to smelt everything. In the end, what really put me off the game was when I tried to make a gas forge to avoid all these issues, only to see, before my own eyes, that carbon dioxide is heavier than gasoline vapor in this game, making any kind of gas forge impractical to design (in a 2D environment). At this point I lost motivation to continue experimenting or progressing.

Been playing since the beta, one of the most complex falling sand games I've tried. Its very deep with real world chemical reactions, you can collect the whole periodic table and mix all the stuff in it. Totally recommended to mess around, or if you have a PhD in chemistry
Absolutely fantastic game! I have 80 hours just on the demo before release just refining ore to basic elements (all elements in the periodic table are present) and building complex machines for refining ore and gases. Built a forge powered entirely from hydrogen gas created via electrolysis of water providing infinite fuel from the rain
Why did it take over 20 years for someone to turn falling sand game / powder toy into a fleshed out survival game? I'm going to put like 200 hours into this
This is a very nice game!!! It realy just has lots of chemical reactions and is just sooo good! Lot of playtime to be made here. Nice developer :D
Highly addictive game. Don't be discouraged by the graphics, This game has some beefy complex chemical simulation. our future self is already drafting a strongly worded complaint letter to your teenage self for not paying attention in chemistry class. I hope that there will added some kind of physical Pressure like fluid level equalization to game in the future, but as a Satifactory-Fan i can confirm, that is seems be very hard to get somthing like fluid physics working. I can also confirm, this game is working fine on Arch Linux even with my "ancient" hardware, except for those little bugs, that do not really depend on the OS.
Great game with mechanics that are just deep enough but continue to improve. I tried Atomcraft and Sandustry, the clear winner for anyone who wants to build complex machines to process resources would for sure be Atomcraft. Generally the reactions and interactions can be googled as the game and real world counterparts attempt to be as similar to eachother as possible. The community is helpful and pretty chill, and the developer seems to be working hard to realize many of the new ideas people come up with as well as further building out the core of his game.
I'm great at math and factory games, but I've always sucked at chemistry and never really understood it at all. But this game gives you such a fantastic playground to play and learn in! Throw all kinds of stuff together, set it on fire, mix it up, and see what happens! It's the kind of stuff you could NEVER EVER do in a real chemistry lab! I can create the most horrifyingly deadly gasses and simply scoop them up for safekeeping, alongside a variety of separate molten metals I run around with in my back pocket. It also comes with a built-in ingredient guide to create every substance, without spelling out how to mechanically set up the reaction, so you can experiment with your own machines (there's also some machinery guides if you get really stuck). Absolutely fabulous game, I expected to not get far at all, but now I can't wait to gradually fill out the entire periodic table!
Curious game, but it stutters quite a lot on my PC. And it is no potato. Strong focus on chemistry, but many other aspects are left with less attention - like exploration and building. UX-wise, a decent amount of work went into not dying in deluge of formulas, but I feel more could be done still. But, I double-checked, no EA disclaimer, so it's highly possible there will be no major improvements.
