Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.14/day in the week to Aug 11 → 8.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Playing this game after the Ezio trilogy to finish the story felt terrible. The whole game you’re getting teleported left and right. You don’t even know what’s happening, and BOOM — you’re teleported into the middle of a fight and you don’t know how you got there, or why, or who or what you’re fighting for. The most important fight you didn’t even do; you just got a cutscene of killing the last enemy. The whole game they were saying “he is guarded by thousands of soldiers,” and then BOOM — you’re teleported in front of his face and he was alone, and you don’t know how the ♥♥♥♥ you got there. That was happening so many times: just BOOM, the main enemy jumps in your face in the middle of nowhere, in a church or some woods in the middle of the snow… Jesus, what a catastrophe. Animations and combat are okay, climbing is okay, but the story… Jesus. The first three sequences when you play as Haytham were cool. He has personality, he stands behind his beliefs, he is ruthless all the way through the story, etc. When you switch to Connor you feel like you’re playing the most stupid person in the world who is, on top of that, cocky and thinks only he knows what’s good or bad. He doesn’t have a second thought about his convictions. Every time he opens his mouth to say something I want to punch the screen… he is that annoying. I couldn’t connect with him the whole game. Also, he is not battling for the cause, for the Creed. He is fighting for his village, but it felt like he doesn’t even know who or what he is fighting for…. I finished the game so I could see the ending, but I wanted to uninstall it much, much sooner.
Assassins Creed 2 for dummies (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥*)! I basically hated every addition to this game apart from the new characters and the story, even though there are a few issues with those parts as well. Combat is absolutely ruined from the previous games, you now basically have 2 buttons that cover all aspects of combat, even if you parry perfectly you can still take damage from enemies and they have removed healing items completely so it makes it pointless to even engage enemies in combat outside of the open world because you'll either die too easily or you will be chased by the worst wanted system in a game i've played.
