I loved this remaster. Black Flag was the game that made me fall in love with gaming. However, I hate the modern day sections, that's what has always kept me from replaying it. To get a remaster without the modern day was right up my alley. Is the writing for the new content the best? No. No it's not. But I enjoyed the gameplay of it. I will definitely be replaying this version over and over.

Great remaster, But they removed alot of things that made the original great. Is it still worth it YES, if you have played the original the nostalgia is crazy. The only things that I dislike is no hidden blade combat and not being able to pick up enemy weapons. like the knifes and being able to throw them at enemy's other than that 9.5/10.
