Combat is harder since I'm so used to the original. But overall it's not a bad remake and there's alot of quality of life improvements they made as well

Whoever changed the sprint mechanic is a g0d d@mn sadist. Jesus Christ chasing down things is f*cking impossible when Kenway would rather jump straight up instead of running AROUND the obstacle. Ubisoft can suck a nut.

I was weary at first, when I went to buy it the first time I went down to the reviews it was just a page of thumbs down. I am thrilled to say this game is brilliant, just like the original, I haven't gotten all the way through it cause I take my time but I have been having a blast. Are there some bugs? of course its Ubisoft lol are they game breaking? no. There were a lot of talk about in game ads for the shop or the fact that you get taken to the shop of you press the start button twice. There are in fact, no in game ads, and you get over the whole not pressing the start button twice Really quickly. Like any game that has a different layout you just learn...not..to click it twice? definately not a reason to downvote the whole game. If you loved the first Black Flag, you will love this one. The game is absolutely beautiful, the hardest part in returning to the OG was the sluggish controls but with resynced they are much more responsive.

Kindly fire whoever decided to not put a single rogue wave to my game and to whoever came up with the concept of rng in kenway's fleet regardless it's decent I guess

I never played the original, but I am glad to have played this remaster. Excellent game, couldn't recommend more.

ubisoft you have outdone yourself once again. a huge bravo to the whole team involved. the graphics look amazing, thank you very much for your effort. for a remake like this we would be willing to pay even more than the 60 euros you charge. 70 euros, 80 euros, it does not matter for our wallets.

AT THIS POINT THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE. EVEN WITH GRAPHIC SETTINGS AT LOW IT STILL HAS TROUBLE LOADING IN THE GAME AND QUESTS ARE NO LOADING RIGHT. I HAVE HAD TO PAUSE AND UN PAUSE MANY TIMES TO PROGRESS. THERE NEEDS TO BE A FIX SOON.

I skipped Shadows, but other then that this is the best game in the franchsie for a LONG time. It keeps everything that was great about AC:BF years ago and adds a ton of improvements. I recommend buying it, even at full price. We can just hope Ubisoft leans from this success.
