Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ashes of Immortality II is a classic-style role-playing game developed and published by Warfare Studios that continues the studio’s supernatural fantasy universe through a story built around personal conflict, emotional struggles, and long-form character development. Inspired heavily by traditional role-playing games from earlier generations, it embraces retro presentation and narrative-focused progression rather than attempting to compete through large-scale spectacle or modern cinematic design. The result is an adventure that feels intentionally old-school, built for players who appreciate story-driven experiences and slower role-playing progression. The game once again places Orlok Vladimir Dragonov at the center of the narrative, a vampire whose long existence has been shaped by tragedy, violence, and painful choices that continue to define his future. Rather than focusing entirely on large-scale world-ending threats, the story invests heavily in Orlok’s internal struggles and relationships with those around him. Themes involving redemption, loyalty, grief, sacrifice, and identity drive much of the emotional weight behind the adventure, creating a narrative that often feels personal rather than purely epic in scope. One of the game’s strongest qualities is its commitment to world-building. The environments encourage exploration while introducing additional side activities and optional content that help flesh out the setting. Towns, dangerous regions, and hidden opportunities create a sense of journey beyond simply moving from one major objective to another. Players willing to spend time exploring can uncover additional pieces of lore and smaller stories that strengthen immersion throughout the experience. Progression follows a structure familiar to fans of traditional role-playing games. Exploration, dialogue, and combat work together to create a steady gameplay rhythm that prioritizes long-term investment rather than constant excitement. The pacing remains deliberate, giving narrative moments room to develop while allowing character relationships to evolve naturally over time. Combat embraces a turn-based system built around party management and resource planning. Battles focus on selecting abilities carefully, maintaining party effectiveness, and adapting strategies depending on enemy encounters. The mechanics avoid excessive complexity, favoring accessibility and familiarity instead. Players experienced with classic role-playing systems will likely recognize many of the design principles immediately. Character progression provides another layer of satisfaction. Strengthening party members through traditional advancement systems creates a rewarding sense of growth over time. Building stronger teams and unlocking improved capabilities reinforces progression without overwhelming players through unnecessary complexity. The systems remain focused and functional, complementing the narrative rather than competing with it. Dialogue serves as one of the game’s most important strengths. Warfare Studios clearly places heavy emphasis on interpersonal relationships and character interactions. Conversations often carry emotional significance, helping major characters feel like meaningful parts of the world rather than simple supporting roles. The writing consistently reinforces the idea that the story matters just as much as exploration or combat progression. The darker fantasy setting further strengthens the atmosphere. Supernatural themes involving vampires and hidden dangers shape the world throughout the adventure. The game balances mystery and emotional storytelling effectively without pushing fully into horror territory. There is a constant sense of tension beneath the surface that helps maintain interest even during quieter moments. Visually, Ashes of Immortality II embraces retro role-playing traditions through pixel-inspired presentation and classic design sensibilities. The visuals naturally reflect the independent nature of the project, but consistency matters more than technical ambition here. The retro aesthetic fits the tone the developers clearly wanted to establish and helps reinforce the feeling of experiencing a role-playing game inspired by earlier generations. Music and sound design quietly support the overall atmosphere. The soundtrack reinforces emotional scenes while helping exploration and story progression maintain momentum. Audio presentation remains understated but effective, supporting immersion without distracting from the larger focus on narrative and world-building. The game’s slower pace will naturally appeal more strongly to certain audiences than others. Players searching for action-heavy gameplay or highly dynamic systems may occasionally find progression deliberate. The experience expects players to engage with conversations, character development, and story structure rather than relying entirely on combat to maintain momentum. New players unfamiliar with older role-playing design philosophies may also notice mechanics and pacing choices that feel more traditional compared to modern genre trends. However, those same qualities represent part of the game’s identity rather than shortcomings. Ashes of Immortality II succeeds because it remains focused on delivering exactly the kind of experience it wants to create. It embraces narrative depth, classic role-playing progression, and supernatural storytelling without chasing larger trends. Warfare Studios clearly prioritized character investment and emotional storytelling above spectacle, and that commitment gives the game its strongest appeal. For players who enjoy retro-inspired RPG adventures centered around narrative progression, supernatural fantasy themes, and slower character-driven storytelling, Ashes of Immortality II offers a thoughtful experience that respects traditional role-playing design while building an engaging fantasy world around memorable characters. I guess I would recommend this game if I wanted to annoy people. The story is ok thus far but there just are some things that don't make sense. Not actually being able to escape from enemies but they have you blocked in is annoying. The miss ratio is horrid. You spending all this mana for jive that continuously misses and these aint even mini bosses or actual bosses. The ratio of weapon effects is terrible too. I'm gonna try to suffer thru it in hopes that Bad Blood is better
Another enjoyable game in the 3 game series. But once again, as in the first game I am one item short of the fetch quest in them. But I do recommend playing all three of these games.
