Artemis is designed for anyone who watched Star Trek and dreamed of what it would be like to sit on the bridge of a star ship. Artemis simulates a spaceship bridge by networking several computers together. You cannot play Artemis single-player!

Awesome game that gives you the Star Trek feel while allowing everyone to play from the comfort of their own homes. This game deserves far more love than it gets.
So apparently you can't play the game on the same PC you're running the server on. So for a lot of people, this game is going to be unplayable since Steam can only run one instance. Useless.
Great party game
Best and only game of its kind. A blast with friends!
This is the best Star Trek game that isn't a Star Trek game. I discovered this game at Dragon Con. There was a room in the Westin set up like a ship bridge and it was beautifully organized. If you've always wanted to know what it's like to be a crew member on the Enterprise, PLAY THIS GAME; it's LAN party time. Several stations need to be filled: engineer, communications, science, helmsman, weapons, deployed fighter craft, and of course, a captain. Every station is very different and contribute unique factors toward mission success. If you don't have enough crewmates, you can double/triple up on some of the stations on the same computer.

I cannot recommend this enough. It's so fun with a group of friends. PS - It's better than the officially licensed Star Trek bridge simulator.
Online co-op is extremely complicated and both developers and community were never interested in explaining how it works or helping.
It's great for a game night, link up some DMX lighting etc and turn your house into the bridge of the proper enterprise.
Great bridge simulator......However, I think it has been eclipsed as of late by Star Horizon.
