The package contained the legendary Midas glove. Legend has it that it is said to bestow magical powers on its wearer. Of course, Pelias had to go one step further and immediately started a dangerous experiment. How do you think this is going to end? (Developer) As with all of these games, you must collect, build, and clear blocks. They have done this quite well. It's fun to scurry through one of the three levels of difficulty. The developer mainly uses the paths that you have to clear as game content, not so much sophisticated barricades. The story, which is based on an ancient tale, is well developed and funny. There is no gameplay change to the predecessors. Why should men, if something works. In this part, Mann has therefore simply provided the entire game with a new story and simply copied all the cards. The cards are copied from time to time is nothing new in these games, but the whole game??? Decide for yourself how you find it. I for one am upset. Eines schönen Morgens bat der Sammler Pelias seine alten Freunde Jason und Medea, ein Paket für ihn abzuholen. Im Paket steckte der legendäre Handschuh des Midas. Die Legende besagt, dass er seinem Träger magische Kräfte verleihen solle. Pelias musste natürlich noch einen drauf setzen, machte sich gleich an ein gefährliches Experiment. Was glaubst du wohl, wie das Ganze ausgeht? (Entwickler) Wie bei allen dieser Games musst du Sammeln, Aufbauen und Sperren beseitigen. Dies ist ihnen ganz gut gelungen. Es macht Spaß sich durch eines der drei Schwierigkeitsgrade durch zu wuseln. Der Entwickler nutzt hierbei vor allem die Wege die man freiräumen muss als Spielinhalt, nicht so sehr ausgeklügelte Barrikaden. Die Geschichte die sich an eine Antike Erzählung anlehnt ist gut ausgearbeitet und lustig. Es gibt keine Gameplay Änderung zu den Vorgängern. Warum sollte Mann denn auch, wenn etwas funktioniert. In diesem hier vorliegendem Teil hat Mann von daher gleich das gesamte Game einfach mit einer neuen Geschichte versehen und alle Karten einfach kopiert. Das hin und wieder Karten kopiert werden ist ja nix neues bei diesen spielen aber gleich das ganze Game??? Entscheidet selbst wie ihr das findet. Ich für meinen Teil bin verärgert. Da jedoch hier alles fehlerlos ist, dennoch Daumen rauf. "Argonauts Agency: Glove of Midas" is an abandoned mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as a paid product, as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs and asset flip copy + paste shovelware game pushers at 8Floor. These guys have dumped reskins of the same games literally hundreds of times onto Steam, polluting the place and making gaming worse for everyone. And this mobile app of theirs is no exception. "Argonauts Agency: Glove of Midas" is a pointless "12 Labours of Hercules" screen tapper/clicker mobile app. There's no gameplay, just tapping on the screen. The mobile app is made to look like you're making interesting decisions as you're presented with a map of a town/village/pathway that has you clicking on various things to collect things which are then consumed when you click on an obstacle, which unlocks more things to click on. This is so lame and shallow, you could write a script to randomly click the screen and given enough time, it would beat the game. The shady developer behind this valueless shovelware has proven to be a persistent nuisance abusing Steam Direct... they've dumped over a hundred valueless mobile app tier asset flips onto Steam, many featuring plagiarised/stolen stock art and other unethical, shady behaviours. The developer, Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this particular game, with minor reskins, an insane THIRTY TWO TIMES onto Steam... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? This valueless copy + paste garbage is taking up marketing space for genuine indie developers who are doing the right thing. It's harmful to the industry and to gamers. From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The mobile app features simple, cartoony 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort mobile apps. 3D graphics programming does require a degree of skill and competence and unfortunately not all developers have the budget or talent to deliver this, despite 3D graphics cards hitting the mainstream in the 1990's. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing. The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just iPhone screen tapping stuff. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here. Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone. These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this mobile app is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality mobile app is to be expected. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because games like this can be played free elsewhere, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. Just who do they think we are?

Unbedingt spielen! Ein weiteres Spiel einer tollen Serie. Hier muss man aber auch wieder mit einem "Casino-Modus" durch zahllose Versuche Bonuswerte erspielen. Das kann nerven. Installiert also einen Autoclicker und lasst die Maus mal eine Stunde in Ruhe den Startknopf drücken. Mit durchschnittlich 10-15% von maximal 25% sollte man dann auch schon genügend Zeit herauskitzeln können, um die ganzen toll gemachten Level relativ frustfrei mit 3 Sterne gewinnen zu können. Am Ende spielt das alles aber keine große Rolle, weil der 100% Spielstand leider nur ingame gezählt wird. Von der Story her gibt es wie bei vielen Spielen dieser Art nur kleine Häppchen, egal. Man spielt die Spiele ja eh nur wegen den tollen Karten, und das wird hier absolut erfüllt. Fazit: kaufen, kaufen, kaufen!

Dieses Spiel ist genau gleich aufgebaut wie die anderen Argonauts Agency Spiele. Hier gibt es wieder die Zusatz Level für die Sammleredition und auch die Sternen Schatzkiste für verschiedene Bonis. - Keine Erfolge - Keine Sammelkarten

These are my "I don't have to think too hard" games. Perfect if I want to just mess around on the computer. The game lets me pick a non-timed mode so I enjoy maxing out the buildings, gathering maximum resources and still finishing the level. Essentially a point and click game, mouse only, so very easy to learn. Am not a lover of strategy games in general. I tend to micro-manage stuff, only to turn around and find the rest of my resources are in flames so to speak. Impossible to not win with this little game :)

I was gifted the game by my uncle, it is very bad game. Add multiplayer and burger drive-in.

Das Spiel ist ok aber besser wäre es wenn man Achievements bekommen würde, denke daher kaufen es auch die wenigsten hier. Naja macht immerhin für ein paar Std. Spaß. Würde es im Bundle kaufen, hatte sogar weniger bezahlt als das Spiel hier kostet für 3 Spiele!
