Arcane Merchant

Easy to learn, kind of fun game. The only problem is that there aren't many mechanics, but I guess for this kind of game it's fine.

The dev team was really quick to fix a problem I was having with the game so I'm updating my review. The game play is steady and kept me playing. Satisfying I would say!

If you are looking for a relaxing yet deeply engaging management game, Arcane Merchant is a must-play. The gameplay loop is addictive: you stock up your shop with potions and enchanted weapons, manage customer demands, and use your profits to research better gear. The hero-hiring system adds a great layer of strategy. Plus, the little detail like keeping your shop clean to maintain your reputation make the world feel alive. Incredible work by a very talented indie team. Highly recommended!

I really loved this game! It has everything you would expect from a shop management simulation game. Building my own medieval fantasy shop from scratch was truly a blast. The effort I put into meeting my customers’ expectations was very rewarding. I never got bored the entire time I played thanks to engaging mechanics like progressing through the research tree, unlocking new items, expanding the shop, hiring assistants (helped me so much) and sending heroes on quests. Although thieves and smelly customers occasionally caused some thrilling moments, I managed to handle them calmly. I am eagerly looking forward to seeing where the game will go with future additions and updates. Definitely recommended!

Das spiel macht viel spaß doch leider ist man auch sehr schnell durch und man hat nicht sonderlich viele aufgaben, würde mich freuen wen man mehr bekommt wie eigene schmiede zum herstellen von materialien die die abenteuer mitbringen müssen oder sowas

This game is a lot of fun! I've really enjoyed finding ways to make my store feel cozy and full. I wish for a little more clutter and tabletop decor, like a potion brewing set, tabletop candles, or arcane artifacts to display on a table.

Good game only complaint is how short it is got about 15 hours in it and already did just about everything. Hopefully some more large updates come out that add a lot more. Somethings that I could think of would be a forge, more guns, and different arrows or ammo for the guns. imo 8/10

Arcane Merchant is a game about owning a magical shop where you sell all kinds of goods. The progression is very steady, and it really makes you earn your upgrades through research. It's probably one of the best shop keeper games I've ever played.
