Reviews
While there are quite obvious similarities to other popular turn based god games, there is enough of a change to make it stand on it's own still. Quite a wonderful time sink so far, I haven't been this invested in a game in many years!
super jeu , des mécaniques facile à prendre en main. très beau graphiquement. des parties multijoueurs prometteuse. je suis vraiment très content de mon achat et surtout c'est pas un civilisation ou il faut être ingénieur pour pouvoir y jouer.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Much needed innovation in the 4X genre. It's the only only recent game in the genre that I'm aware of and that doesn't feel like a civ clone. Lots of micromanagement, which might not be everybody's taste, but I really enjoy it.
It's not a fun game and the reason it's not is that every city you have is on a constant teeter totter with it's 'stats' Happiness, Security, Prosperity, Knowledge, Prosperity....etc. every 10 turns it changes, every turn it changes, FOOD is another huge issue, you constantly need food and you NEVER have enough of it. It's just a tedious, nagging, exhausting experience to try to enjoy playing this game, it's not a 'one more turn' it's more like " I can't wait until it's over' kind of game. How much more self torture can I endure sort of game. I wish it were a replacement for Civ but it's not even close. It could be, but it's too bland, it's too hollow, it's like an indie cardboard cutout imitation of a Civ game. AMENITIES, that improve your city stats for all of your cities, YOU ARE CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT OF THEM and that's another reason why you have to micromanage so much. You can trade for them, you can make amenities yourself but eventually you run out of the materials required to make those amenities and then you run out of the amenities. It's a b.s. mechanic, it really is. This is going to end up being one of those games I had high hopes for, became disillusioned, uninstalled it and forgot about it. That's the direction I'm heading. In addition I will forget about the developer and every time I see a game from them I will remember what crap this game was and I will pass it on by.
Ze začátku těžká hra ale jakmile ji pochopíte stává se těžce návykovou záležitostí
A packed and very enjoyable 4x with some exciting new ways of changing up the standard 4x formula. Does need some work and polish in many areas, but all in all I'm really enjoying my time with it. The devs also seem to really listen to feedback and updates are coming in fast, so I'm very excited for the future of this game.
As a 4x veteran since civ1, I like Ara. I don't understand why it gets such mixed reviews. The graphics are nice. Performance seems really well compared to the other competitor titles BUT it needs a rather UpToDate Graphicscard, thats sure (love the turn times of just a few seconds even in lategame, map large) The amount of micromangement is just right The balance seems ok (playing on king) But the most important thing, the amenities, give the genre a whole new spin. (Even if the AI (yet) doesn't seem to be able to use them nearly as well as the player) I hope for more updates and expansions. For me it is doubtful that Civ 7 will be able to surpass Ara, it is that good!
Jó játék sok mindenre oda kell figyelni benne.
I really didn't like this game at first, but I'm absolutely hooked now. There's definitely a learning curve, the tutorial isn't very deep, and a lot of stuff isn't intuitive even if you've played a lot of 4x games. It really pays to read the tool tips and the encarta, and to micromanage everything. There's no set and forget, you need to be checking on your crafting and resource allocation regularly to stay in the green and keep growing. And that really makes me appreciate that war isn't inevitable the way it is in Civ.
It's too much of a reality simulator to be fun for me.
