Obvious port of a mobile HOG, and not a good one. Not sure where I got this game from, likely a HOG/HOPA bundle on the site now known as Fanatical, or maybe IndieGala? Maybe a key drop somewhere in a group here, years ago? 1 hour in, and all I can say is it has some decent graphics, though low res. Horrible animations, though. No options to adjust screen resolution, audio volumes, or anything else- just game modes. Runs fine on Windows 10. w/o issue. But do not click to see the credits- the game will crash 100% of the time. The usual "Way too much back and forth". It has a Strategy guide, but it is as confusing and vague as the story is. I enjoy HOG/HOPA games for casual downtime. But 1 hour into this one, and I just can't force myself to push through it. In-game trophies/achievements, but no Steam achievements (which seems a bit odd...). I can't recommend this one at any price. It's just not a good HOG. Look elsewhere, there are many other Hidden Object/Puzzle games on Steam, that are much more enjoyable, and much more worth the money spent on them. This one just does not have what it needs to be "fun", at any price.
Not bad, but not good enough to be worth recommended. I would give this a neutral review if I could.
It is an ok hidden object game. There is a lot better ones out there, but while the graphic are dated I don't think it is too bad. A lot of people seem to have issues with flickering and crashes but I had no flickering at all and only 1 crash that could as well been the fault of the underpowered laptop I played this game on. And I lost no progress due to it as the game autosaves with every action. As for the game itself it does have morphing objects in the hidden object scenes which can annoy some people, but I personally don't mind. Not sure upgrades/powerups have any place in hidden object games, but you can just happily ignore them if you don't like them. The UI could use a little bit of polish however. Works fine with Proton (7.0-3).
Below average hidden object / puzzle game. Nothing really exciting in this one. A main distractor was the morphing objects in the hidden object puzzles. The hidden object scenes could be circumvented by playing a take 3 game which wasn't fun at all. Completely finished the game in less than 6 hours. Concluding: There are way better hidden object games than this! Score: 3/10 Pro: - main story ok-ish - music Contra: - story end not included in main game but as rushed bonus content - clumsy UI - morphing hidden objects - take 3 games

Miserable example of the genre. Morphing objects in the hidden object puzzles don't do anything but waste time. Saw it but didn't move the mouse fast enough? Enjoy waiting, nerd. Can't see an object that's on the list? Enjoy trying to puzzle out whether it's one of the many morphing objects or one that you have to solve a tiny puzzle for. Or just play some match-3 game to skip it, in a way that's even slower. Even aside from that unfun element, there's some certain thing I can't put my finger on that makes even the parts outside of the hidden object scenes miserable. Barely spent 10 minutes on it before knowing I should move on.
