It suffers from lack of a tutorial and no control page to tell you which keys you can use and what for. Even tho its price was very low, I think I'd rather pay 5x what I payed and have a tutorial than pay a low price and have a bad first experience I like the gameplay, its just a shame it has bad on boarding. ------------------------------------------------------------ Edit: I tried the Demo for the sequel to this game. It has a tutorial with similar mechanics and the same art. But... The the sequel feels different. More limiting. It might just be that its a demo, but I found it didn't keep my interest very long. I think my brain likes this version better, less restrained. But still wish it had a tutorial of some kind, even if just a text box :D I like early access games, so tend to enjoy less restrictions.

This is a good farming rogue-like that I picked up for cheap that despite lack of tutorial is well recommended. Because I had no tutorial I almost didn't beat it the first try for not understanding. So you're farming day-by-day and you have limited actions each day before a new day happens, refreshing energy, market prices, abilities, new spawns and outcomes of actions. So you'll plant a field, put some pickled food in cans, chop some stone for the cutter..... then collect the next day and re-fill machines etc.... and then you try to buy machines and upgrades to farm new products that sells for more. The ultimate objective is survival.... Like Balatro or Luck Be a Landlord, you're paying rent or ante to stay ahead of the requirement. If its cheap/on sale again, don't sleep on this one, its quaint and a fun challenge and deserves some support at the price I bought it for.

Would be perfect on Switch!!! I love it.
