Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ubisoft launcher locks you out of the game making it unplayable
This game is 5GB. This is crazy low space investment for such content. Here's why you shouldn't buy it first : -Ubisoft connect mandatory. You can play offline, but you won't be able to access a lot of feature, this game is deeply connected even with solo content. -The buildings don't tell you how fast they produce things nor how fast they consume things. You have to eyeball the ratios because with no experimentationg you got 0 info on the quantities. -The campaign is kinda meh early and you can't skip missions. Why you should buy it : -It's 5 GB which is 20 times less than ANNO 1800 -The art direction is great -There's a lot of stuff to do in sandbox without it becoming overwhelming either. They kinda nailed that. -The game is fun whether you're playing on the easiest custom difficulty or the hardest challenge that it has to offer. -The game never feels too slow if you're willing to sacrifice some ecology for that. -The tech faction is very interesting, you can do a lot of stuff with it and I absolutely love it. -Holy ♥♥♥♥ submarine colonies are GREAT CONTENT If you wanna play on easy, play tycoon. If you want your island to look good, play eco. That's it. Ecos kinda nerf you if you're playing pvp in an aggressive way, but it's also imo the most fun to play.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

What to say about Anno 2070... It's a marathon type game. Good for if you've got lots of time to kill or if you're willing to play in small chunks over a long period of time. Even with large islands and plenty of resources it can still be a challenge to find room for everything so organization and efficiency are king. If you're like me, you'll feel the satisfaction of relieving that pseudoOCD itch once you've had enough time to experiment and find what organizational patterns work best.
Why can I not play, again? Ubisoft does not recognize my old pwd... (why?) Recover pwd... (why?) Servers down... (why?) Btw. I can log in and see that I still own half my games that I once bought... not all... (why?) Please, remove the 3rd party license stuff. It does not fulfill its goal: pay > not able to play, pirate > able to play.
I just bought the game a few days back. It was on sale to Dec 4 2025. I connected to a new Ubisoft account. The whole 3rd party thing, annoying but I'm fine with that. I loaded up and played good the first couple times. Then it went to Ubisoft connect an had to re-type the password to log in, even after clicking the remember me button. That was annoying but whatever. Now: I try to launch the game, I type in my password and it says the ubisoft services are down. Try connecting later. Then game won't launch. It's been doing that for last 2 days. If this problem continues, I'll just request a refund.

Suddenly stopped working, although I didn't change anything. Reinstalling ♥♥♥♥♥♥ or the game wouldn't help. I seriously hope that Ubisoft goes under.
I think everyone responsible for Ubisoft connect deserves to be laid off and banned from working anywhere ever again
i last played in 2020 then i had a kid, now in 2025 im missing this game and have downloaded it back to play it! i think ive said all i need to! 5/5
I have 38 played hours on record, tried to re-install again for the third time a bunch of years later. Got the ubisoft log-in-thingy and was thinking: ah yes, that's why I didn't start playing this game again (and still won't). Just very annoying. I buy something on steam, I want no further hassle.
