Animal Force

Evil aliens are abducting people and you need to utilize a team of super powered animals to stop them. On your hand is a tiny rocket ship, use that to soar from level to level above the planet. After you reach a battle site you choose which animals you want for that level, and any optional upgrades you can afford. At the beginning of the game you start with just one animal, but many more with unique abilities will be added as you play. As the aliens attack you’ll see portals with paths winding out of them showing which way the aliens will go. These paths will change throughout the match, and in the later levels aliens will break free from that path. You collect and move your super animals by touching them with the controller, then they follow the controller like a tail. Press trigger to freeze them in place so you can move another batch of animals. Each animal has unique abilities like simple attacking, slowing down the aliens, or creating shields. You’ll find the occasional boss fight in the campaign, those will really challenge you. Get ready to lose a lot of animals in those fights. One thing I wish for is the ability to use both hands. Often I found myself trying to pickup an animal with my left hand, but to no avail. Besides the single-player campaign, there’s also 3 asymmetrical party modes available to play as a group on the same PC. I found this fun to play, it’s all very polished and well made. For $15 you get a lot of bang for your buck between the single player campaign (which takes almost 4 hours to beat) and the party modes. Especially if you’re looking for a game that the whole family can enjoy together.

Good-ish, but when it start to get hard, it becomes unfair with black holes opening underneath you and swallowing up your animals without warning.

Not Recomended as a Local Multiplayer game. Games are to unbalanced or just not that fun.

A very nice tower defense game in VR. I felt like it is a little bit childish, but even adults can find challanges in this game!
