It has been one hundred years. One hundred years since you were captured and a plot (or rather a sickly joke) to take over the universe and overthrow the king was enacted. Now the world is run by literal clowns, and you must overthrow the overthrowee, and take back the honor of the king.

Really nice short-and-sweet game. Has a lot of heart, and the systems, jokes, and lore work well. It fits in the same pocket as other classics in the style: OFF, Virgo, Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass, Undertale, etc., without feeling derivative of them. I liked that the battle system was tight in such a way that there were actually very few enemies. You attack the few that exist, level up, and then go for the bosses. In this way, the system itself felt more like it used all of its pieces without grinding through them. When it came time for the hardest enemies in the game, I knew all of my little tripod team's tricks in and out. Recommended if you like this genre of spunky, charming indie RPG.
Serious Off Vibes from this one. Short and sweet, well worth a try. I streamed the full game on my Twitch channel and don't regret it one bit.
A treat for those who enjoy those odd RPG Maker gems like Space Funeral and Off. The game is really short and somewhat easy (except for the final boss, which i forgot to prepare for..) but well worth the 5 dollars. The soundtrack is also amazing.
I invested in soy sauce for this experience. totally worth it.
Anima Reprise is a cool RPG Maker game that only costs 5 bucks. The story hooks you in and keeps you wondering, though it could've dived more into the world. The boss fights are tough and the enemies have their own vibes, which is neat. There are some small issues in the game, and one part is a real pain to get through. But hey, for the price, it's a great short game to breeze through in a day, and you can tell the dev put their heart into it!
Loved every bit of this game. I can tell that a lot of heart went into this project, which makes me love it even more.
very nostalgic, fun, has good music and is overall very enjoyable. basically mother 3 if instead of PSI it was smoking, i think you should play this game :)
Going into this game before I even touched it I was expecting a "try hard to be weird and funny" kind of game with simplistic RPG Maker mechanics. But, once I booted up this game I am first greeted by one of the most absurd looking title screens in a video game. Some bare foot magenta colored police man smoking a cigarette which is complimented by a very odd music track of some slowed down choir. Like a scarier version of the Halo theme. This games atmosphere is like nothing I have ever seen in a video game with its sound and visual design. These are seriously some of the most messed up character designs ever. Like, what is Jobius supposed to even be? 10/10 character design! The whole universe is visually obscure but the writing really brings it together and keeps it all from feeling like a crazy fever dream. The music for me personally was a mixed bag. Some tracks I feel myself grooving to more than others. I actually feel like Cadences music style has improved so much since this game. But there are still a lot of really good tracks in this game for sure and one thing for sure is that they all capture the atmosphere really well. She really put so much care into each music track played throughout the game and you can really tell. there are so many different music styles that are experimented with here. There are even some really nice vocal samples in a variety of songs and those always caught my ear. Another thing, the mechanics for the battles and also BEING ABLE TO MOVE IN 360°!!!! From now on, every RPG Maker needs this. This actually makes your game 1000x more enjoyable! The gameplay was also very engaging, fun and didn't feel too easy or too complicated. The final boss might be my favorite part of this game. The length of the game is about 3-4 hours and I had a blast through the whole thing. Witches Cadence is a fantastic artist and I am very happy to of played this game. I hope she makes more gaming experiences with more of that Witches Cadence flavor.
A strange, yet nice Rpg game with nice interesting character and enemy designs, as well as good music too. The price is fair for the amount of time played, although the game seemed to be shorter than what I expected.
Funky and charming. Reminds me a lot of Space Funeral from the visuals the the way the dialog is delivered to the player. The combat can be tough the first boss kicked me around a bit but it does have a retry option something a lot of RPGMaker games are missing. Well worth the price tag I recommend checking it out.
