Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"American Theft 80s" is a love letter to the '80s – neon colors, VHS vibes, and plenty of criminal energy included. Just like the '80s were in the States. You take on the role of a small-time low life junkie, or more precisely, a burglar, who works his way up step by step by spying on houses, bypassing alarm systems, and taking anything that isn't nailed down. Always with style, of course… or at least with plenty of guts. There are two game modes to choose from: Story Mode and Sandbox Mode. In Story Mode, you have to complete the individual tasks of the main mission to advance to the next district, similar to GTA. In Sandbox Mode, on the other hand, you can explore every single district right from the start. What I like about the game: - You can break into every single apartment or building. - There's a wide selection of items to loot. - There are different burglary tools. - Each of the three city districts presents its own unique challenges when attempting a burglary. - The missions in Story Mode are entertaining and engaging. - Different vehicle types can be unlocked after completing the corresponding tasks. What I didn't like: The game has a few bugs. For example, you can fall through the floor and reappear somewhere else in the city. Or, if you get out of your car and have parked too close to a fence or wall, your character will hover in mid-air, suspended between the car door and the wall. The atmosphere is particularly strong: the radios, music, technology, and visuals practically scream "80s!" It's simply fun to scout out a house, observe routines, and then strike at the perfect moment—or flee in a panic because you've overlooked a camera again. Planning is rewarded, improvisation sometimes is too, and failure is part of the charm. The gameplay is pleasantly slow-paced but never boring. Every burglary feels different. "American Theft 80s" is a charming, relaxed, and simultaneously exciting stealth game with plenty of style and humor. Anyone who enjoys nostalgic vibes, clever planning, and minor criminal escapades will be thoroughly entertained. A nice indie title.

This was advertised to me as the better Thief Simulator. What I received was an experience just as lackluster, with some slight improvements. It's your average, cheaply made simulator game. Little voice acting, clunky animations, and bland presentation overall. The optimization is dreadful. Aside from long loading screens, my PC turns into a jet engine as it tries to process the mediocre open world. The stealth is either hit or miss with how absurdly sensitive detection is. Halfway through the game, I genuinely found myself enjoying it, but that doesn't make up for the abhorrent experience that are the first few hours. Especially towards the end, it becomes pretty apparent that they ran out of ideas. The novelty of burglary wears off as soon as the game restricts you to limited entry methods. The only major positive I can grant this over Thief Simulator is how the grind for equipment and upgrades is substantially minimal here.
Sadly, it's technically broken. It needs more than a minute (!) to load a save, freezing the whole (high end!) computer in the meanwhile. If you want to switch to another window, everything freezes, but then for even longer. I'm astonished that the programmers were able to publish such an unfinished and buggy game and not fix it ever since. Killing it in task manager takes several minutes, too!
Low budget, janky, stock asset kind of game but for 90% off you get your moneys worth for an hour or two.
Thief Simulator but in the 80's, it's like a dream :) I did encounter a couple bugs but reloading fixed everything, nothing that stopped me from having fun.
It's a semi decent thief sim remake, just be prepared for its annoying problems when you play it. The game's got a lot of issues (like stealth being in and out of existance), but I just can't be bothyered to go over all of them.
Игра кривая, не имеющая каких то интересных механик, скучная и блеклая. Не советую к покупке
Cool vibe and some interesting stuff but overall pretty frustrating. Controls aren't great for something where you often need to act quickly. You have no way to defend yourself except slowing them for 1-2 seconds if you have enough stamina and you react fast enough when they get you. Doors always close and lock themselves automatically in your face. Some lady spotted me, fled and called the cops. After the cops searched the place and left, she came back and when she found an open door there was another message "burglary detected" and she fled again to call the cops... Also a bit buggy. Made some flips with my car while going 10mph. I assume you aren't meant to evade pursuits by falling through the floor either...
卡701剧情,任务说去701垃圾里找情报,查攻略别人都是去拿唱片,我都给他家搬空了还是卡着这破任务,重新开裆还是卡这里
