If you liked fighting hard bosses at low level and grinding on mobs in Final Fantasy 1 (but want to take it slower), this is the game for you!
The story was fine, but no easy availability of further content is frustrating. 8-10 hours, even good ones, doesn't seem to be worth it for a game in this space.
The story is interesting but slowly progress and repetitive mission. If it's on discount so it's worth to buy.
This game sucks
This may come as a surprise, but you've already played this game. In fact, if you often get games from bundles, you've played this game many many times. It's that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ RPGMaker game with boring dialogue, sleep-inducing combat and levels where you constantly get lost because there's no map. Character 1 has "powerful attack", character 2 has "heal", bla bla bla. You fight a bunch of monsters, get XP and items and progress through some worthless story. Pokémon red/blue came out in 1996 and is still light-years ahead of worthless trash like this.
A well-made sci-fi/fantasy RPG reminiscent of the 16/32-bit era classic JRPGs.
The story is really interesting and the game play is also good. I might have beaten sooner if I didn't fight every enemy which made me able to fight the few bosses fight in the game. I only had one game over at the last boss fight but this was due to my own fault. The only things I didn't like the game is that up until the last boss fight you don't get a skill that will attack all of the enemies. No healing skills that will everyone in your party but everyone have their own healing skill. It also left questions unanswer and left is at a huge cliffhanger. This would not be a problem if the sequels were brought to STEAM. If fine a place I trust to get the sequels I'll post it here.

If you’re interested in games made on RPG Maker feel free to check out our curator (we will love it if you follow it too ^^).
This was a good game, but definitely not a flawless one. It definitely looked good to the point that one could think this game was a NDS port, they even went as far as customizing the menus to make them look a lot better (and add options one usually doesn't have in RPG Maker games), though tbh the shading in the skills' animation felt a bit unnecessary, and I wish the full-screen mode kept the original 4:3 ratio instead of stretching the screen. Plot-wise it was different than the usual high-fantasy games one is used to but I felt they could have one a bit more with it. For a game that’s about not killing mobs senselessly, you can grind as much as you want without consequences. IMO it’d have been more interesting if random mobs stayed dead for good to drive the plot point further. I also would have preferred if they didn’t showcase that one flashback all the time. The OST was fine save for the main theme, which was played at the title screen and during most boss battles. Personal tastes aside, it didn’t fit with the overall setting and it was immersion-breaking. The game itself is fairly easy (save for the final boss, but that has to do with my natural disregard of using items in RPGs). You can get your characters quite overpowered early in the game if you spend a few minutes grinding and you take advantage of your characters' tendency to land critical hits. Also, I feel like most monsters give the same amount of exp and money despite some of them being harder to beat than others (it doesn’t help that there’s a noticeable lack of available equipment). There’s quite a bit of backtracking too, which made me miss being able to walk faster or being able to teleport between maps like in many other games. Thankfully the maps weren’t too big.
