Still haven't gotten very far in the game, but it's been a blast so far. Even if it falls off in the latter half it's got great bones. Looking forward to progression in my groups current save.
It might be nice for a niche group but I felt like it was a chore. And I love automatisation games (Satisfactory, factorio, Captain of Industry, DSP...). In most of those game, you have a good feeling of progressing toward something. It was not the case in this game. I'm not sure why but it felt like work
Feels like the further you get into the game the less fun it becomes.
Alchemy Factory is a factory-shop sim. The mechanics feel decent on paper, but the overall experience is incredibly dull, making it feel less like a complete game and more like a soul-less tech demo built just to test mechanics. The Short Answer: Is It Worth Buying? I really didn't enjoy it at all. Personally, I wouldn't buy it. Playtime: I tapped out after just under 1.5 hours. However, according to reviews, it takes about 30–40 hours to get through. Story: 2/10 Completely nonexistent. Music: 2/10 It has about 1.5 tracks in total, and that's it. Graphics: 5/10 Mobile-cartoon style. Mechanics: 6/10 The basic building mechanics are exactly what you'd expect, and they are actually done very well—no complaints there. Even though progression is slow, you get access to automation very early on. The storage chests are a bit weird at first, though from what I've seen later on, things tend to balance out. The game strongly pushes you toward multi-level building. The system for transporting items to shelves for sale is awful, though unique in its own way. The shop system itself is stripped down to the absolute basics: you stuff items onto a shelf, customers walk in, buy them, and give you money. It is as simplified as it gets. Personal Take: 4/10 While the mechanics aren't bad, the game is just very tedious and lacks any real heart or soul. Overall Score: 56/100
Really fun factory builder once you understand the game, especially the cauldron. The game is very stable until your factory gets very complex in the end game and even then, the game only crashed every once in a while. I would play it again in the future if more content is added
卖土地给村子买没了
Alchemy Factory has a wonderful charm to it. The whole world feels fantastical, with items flying through the air, tiny conveyor belts busily carrying things around, and a cozy sense of magical chaos tying it all together. What really stands out is how thoughtfully some of the automation systems are designed. There are already some great quality-of-life features that make building and experimenting feel smooth rather than frustrating, which is especially impressive for an Early Access game. It definitely has the makings of something special. Right now, it’s already a fun and charming automation game, but if the developers keep adding more of the magic that makes it unique, I could genuinely see this becoming an excellent game. For now, it’s a lovely Early Access experience with a lot of potential.
nice relaxing fun game that makes u do math
