Its good for kids I guess

Ya, this thing isn't even 30 minutes long for 10 dollars, and it's bare bare bones. If it was free or maybe .25 cents I could see it being worth it, for Ten whole dollars go get like 2 much better 5 dollar games.

I'm not sure how exactly this game came to be in my library, it was probably a Humble Bundle, as the source of most things in life, but clearing out my backlog and finding this Jumpstart 3rd Grade-esque minigame of math problems and such was an absolute delight. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to fire it back up next time I need to feel good about my multiplication abilities.

It's not my kind of game. (Especially since I didn't initially realise it was an educational game.)

I won this in a raffle and am going through my backlog. Achievements are buggy, I've completed the story and it's not credited that. Overall, though, it's a fun little educational game. The controls are simple (just move the mouse around and click+hold to fly), and the game's not really got any penalties for getting answers wrong. It covers times tables, nouns/verbs/adjectives and geography. Not as fun as math blaster was back in the day but it's inexpensive and entertaining, so decent as a stocking filler for a kid.

Grałem razem z córką. Dla dziecka z 3ciej klasy niektóre działania przysporzą problemu np. liczby które dzielą się przez 11 albo 12, ewentualnie podzielne przez 8 czy 9 ale wykraczające poza tabliczkę mnożenia. Zbieranie rzeczowników, przymiotników albo czasowników po angielsku to też nie lada wyczyn dla kogoś kto nie zna wszystkich słów. Quiz geograficzny, zwłaszcza że po angielsku, dla dziecka w tym wieku też raczej się nie sprawdzi (no może poza kilkoma krajami). Nie wiem dla jakiej grupy wiekowej ta gra jest przeznaczona ale dla polskiego dziecka z 3ciej klasy raczej nie (no chyba, że takiego znającego bardzo dobrze angielski, potrafiącego mnożyć poza tym co oferuje tabliczka mnożenia i znającego kraje z całego świata). Kolejne wady tej gry: Mimo grania na padach konieczne jest używanie myszki aby wybierać kolejne plansze. Przeszliśmy cała "przygodę" a mimo to osiągnięcie na steamie się nie odblokowało... bo osiągnięcia nie działają (licznik postępu przy innych wskazuje 0 zebranych "balonów").

As a short educational game buy it in a sale. Certainly not worth £7 for a 25 minute max game (for an adult), not that fun or with huge replay value. Best thing is the little end biographies.

I still don't know where the hell is Guatemala, but i know my multiplication. 10/10

A charming educational game targeted towards elementary or jr.high kids. The main story is fairly short, and can be beaten in about a half hour, with levels occasionally intercut with comic book panel story segments. The game itself is very simple, consisting of flying your plane to collect whatever item the level dictates (multiples of a number, verbs, nouns, adjectives, or locations in a certain region). The music is upbeat, although the reggae Christmas songs do get old after a while. The story has an interesting sense of humor, mostly in the "where are they now" section after beating the main story, but while adults might get a chuckle out of, some children might not fully get the jokes. However, I would reccomend the game if you know a younger kid who's having some trouble with their multiplication tables (especially if flashcards don't hold their interest). For the length of the game, full price is a bit much. I reccomend the game, but I'd suggest you wait for a sale.
