Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.43/day in the week to Aug 23 → 14.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are the Viceroy – a leader charged by the Scorched Queen to reclaim the wilderness and discover lost riches for the Smoldering City, civilization's last bastion against the Blightstorm that destroyed the old world. Unlike most survival city builders where your focus is on a single city, in Against the Storm you must build a vast, prosperous network of settlements populated by diverse fantasy races, each with their own specializations and needs.
The wilderness holds many hidden dangers, and never-ending storms will batter your population into submission. If your settlements should fall, then the expedition may end – but not the game. Against the Storm is a roguelite city builder, meaning you will carry forward the resources, upgrades, and experience of your past expeditions each time you set off for a new journey into the wild.

Foxes, beavers, and lizards stand alongside humans and harpies in the struggle to survive. Utilize each group's strengths as you balance their varying needs, from housing and culinary preferences to taste in luxuries and recreation. Will you manufacture raincoats, brew ale, and bake pies to boost morale in the face of the oppressive hostility of the forest, or will you prioritize the needs of one species over another to operate more swiftly for the Scorched Queen?

Experience core city builder gameplay enhanced by roguelite replayability. Build and manage multiple settlements spread out across a large world map, all while collecting valuable meta-progression resources to upgrade the Smoldering City. Feel the pressure of an expectant monarch as the Scorched Queen demands constant progress while recurring Blightstorms pose an inevitable threat to your settlements. Manage your reputation to secure your success at any one settlement before moving on to establish another, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth, taking on unique challenges across multiple biomes, and bracing for the inevitable destruction of everything but the Smoldering City itself. How will you maximize each cycle to not just ensure the best fate for the Smoldering City, but for your career as Viceroy as well?

With hundreds of gameplay modifiers and 6 distinct biomes, every city location presents unique challenges for even the most resourceful Viceroy. Adjust your strategy to changing weather conditions and experiment with rosters of building blueprints and perks that can help your society thrive or bring it to ruin. Will you take on and complete additional objectives and delve deeper into the dangerous forest for potential boons, or will you approach with caution to ensure you operate within your capabilities? All the while, you never know what wares the Trader will bring next year, and the forest holds treasures and resources, but also ancient threats.

Laying the foundations for a new city is one of the most exciting moments in a city-building game. In Against the Storm, you'll have the opportunity to repeatedly experience this by creating new settlements, while still interacting with your network of previously established cities in a growing world.

A estética me desagrada, parece jogo mobile, bastante ruim MESMO. Pegada infantilóide, nada cativante. Não é pra mim.

прикольная игра, но как же она пожирает время
Calling this game a "city builder" can be a bit misleading so make sure you understand what you're getting into before hitting that "buy" button. The devs describe it as a "roguelite city builder" but that too can be confusing. The game really is a chain of expeditions - or rather a sequence of chains. Each expedition has you pick a spot on the world map to embark at, yielding a number of modifiers that will apply to that expedition. Successful expeditions will yield certain rewards, some of which carry over or provide points for your tech tree, allowing you to unlock bonuses on all future expeditions. Prior expeditions also provide vantage points for new expeditions, allowing you to leap frog to new areas of the world map. After a certain number of expeditions the world map will be purged - save for some permanent changes you can make throughout - and require you to start a new chain of expeditions. The expeditions are where the "city builder" aspect of the game lives. Resources are limited and the type of resources you can find vary expedition by expedition though eventually the biome and other modifiers can provide some clues. While you can unlock some buildings permanently in between expeditions, your options will mostly be limited by the choices you are presented with throughout the expedition, either by hitting certain milestones or fulfilling certain goals. The goals themselves unlock over time and usually provide you with two alternatives you can choose from. You won't be training specialized "units" and your population won't age or give birth, new settlers will be offered as rewards or as time passes and must be assigned to buildings to actually operate them. It's probably more accurate to emphasize the "roguelite" aspect in "roguelite city builder" when it comes to the actual gameplay of the game. Instead of trying to follow a plan for building the perfect settlement it's usually best to adapt to how the expedition develops - most buildings have multiple purposes and (with some exceptions) there is usually more than one building serving each purpose so the challenge seems to lie in finding the right balance based on what resources are available and what you anticipate will become available as you unlock more of the expedition map by opening up "glens", sections that hold new resources or discoveries. Glens marked as dangerous will often provide larger rewards but also provide challenges requiring resources and time to address, often posing continous and irreversible harm until resolved (e.g. killing a portion of your population every few seconds or inflicting a debuff for the remainder of the expedition if the timer runs out). The length of an expedition is ultimately determined by how quickly you can accumulate the necessary browny points by fulfilling goals - or how much you allow the "impatience" meter to fill up (which can usually be managed by simply fulfilling goals too). Meanwhile difficulty will increase as your population grows and your settlement expands into more and more sections of the map, resulting in increased "hostility" which will primarily affect your population's morale which in turn can mostly be managed by spending certain resources through certain buildings. Don't buy this game if you are looking for something that will allow you to plan out a city or colony and see it grow and prosper over time. Every expedition will be fairly short-lived - either because you get lucky with the goals and finish early or because you fail to adapt (or misjudge the resources you'll discover) and run out of luck or decide to start over. You will likely make a lot of bad choices because it's often impossible to predict what will be the right one, if the right one was an option presented to you to begin with. There are some production chains you need to keep in mind but nothing like the manufacturing madness of games like Factorio. The game juggles a large number of different resources but throughout a single expedition you will only ever deal with a small selection of them and they will always run out sooner rather than later. If many city builders seem to be geared towards a literally autistic level of detail and systemic complexity, this one is certainly more "ADHD-friendly". Also, because expeditions are mostly self-contained, (so far at least) there aren't really any major mistakes you can make that will ruin your playthrough - mistakes may quickly sink a given expedition but they won't linger and come back to haunt you several expeditions down the line. All-in-all I would recommend this game, however. The expeditions can be chill or tense but always feel relatively short. This isn't one of those "just one more turn" forever-games but it can still suck you in for hours if you let it, while the gaps between expeditions still provide clean jump-off points if you'd rather do something else than spend your entire weekend in front of a screen. The default difficulty is challenging enough to not feel like a walk in the park outright without being punishingly cruel to casual players.
城市建设+rogue的玩法,玩法新颖,策略性强,数值优秀,内容量很大,20进阶难度也各有特色,好玩。 缺点是局外成长和封印循环的系统有些太肝了
One of my favourite games of all time. Ticks all my city builder boxes. What's the vibe... cosy but wet? If you like the sound of the above then give it a try.
Do you like city builders but get bored after an hour or so because the progression is too slow or the goals too amorphous? Well this city builder is essentially just doing the first hour of building a city in a city builder over and over again, with very clear goals and a roguelike element which keeps every playthrough fresh and new.
Awesome game! I've never been much of a strategy fan, but this one totally hooked me. The fantasy graphics are stunning, and the gameplay is super engaging!
