Play as the ultimate digital underdog in the Adventures of Pip,an action-platformer with a fresh gameplay twist inside a retro 32-bit world. Alas, Pip is an unlikely 1-pixel hero yet has the unique ability to absorb the pixels of his defeated enemies to evolve into three different forms.

一般关卡太多了而且有点无聊,boss比较有意思一点,能力很早就齐了,所以整体来说有点无聊。蹬墙跳的判定真的很气人!
Loved this game! The 4th wall breaks were never insufferable and I thought the plot was simple but cute. The mechanics were fun and the gameplay was challenging but not hair-rippingly difficult.
This one has a very 'Yes, but' tag attached to it. Adventures of Pip has some obvious attention put into it, it's charmingly indie(pixels and all), and the mechanics are there and well realized. Which is why it's such a shame that the final two zones are such a miserable slog in places. The later levels are replete with unfair-feeling design decisions that make the last three hours or so of the game less than fun, especially when it comes to collectibles. Many times the game forces you to make a choice where to go blindly, then punishes you by sending you back to a checkpoint. Early on these checkpoints are generous, but by the final stages becomes brutally frustrating to have to rerun through the same four+ screens a second time because the developers wanted you to jump right instead of left. The Final Boss is also incredibly buggy - sometimes requiring quitting out of the final level entirely and restarting it. Which is a shame - because the first 2-4 hours of Adventures of Pip are really solid and fun, the mechanics are well realized and designed well. The score and art is impressive, Worth it on a sale, but be aware the latter half of the game is pure frustration.
I've tried to play this at multiple points and always find myself feeling numb in the head after a few levels. It's simply BORING. An uninteresting world with poor levels and a bland art style. There are hundreds of better platformers out there, especially retro ones.
Short and sweet. I'm not huge on platformers but this one is decent. Think of a more forgiving Mario with Zelda shop elements sprinkled in.
Classic platform with retro vibes
I beat a world and a half before stopping, it's boring. The levels aren't challenging or interesting, and they also look samey and boring, the main evolving/devolving gimmick sounds interesting but it gets old quick, devolving freezes the screen a few seconds so you can "confirm" you want to do it so you don't mess up while plataforming but the constant mini freezes annoyed me a lot. It's a competent game, there's nothing really wrong with it, i just think it's boring. It might be a good game for more casual plataformer fans but for veterans i don't think it's worth it.
Fun platformer that is fairly casual. Very few really challenging areas in the game and the mechanic of switching between forms keeps things interesting
A short game with a lot of charm. Adventues of Pip is a great platformer with a unique mechanic of changing one's resolution to traverse different paths and puzzles. Definitely worth the price for an afternoon of fun (even though it took me a few sessions). I can see myself trying to speedrun the game later if I so choose in the future. Great game overall!
