Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Sep 2 → 1.86/day in the week after.

Reviews
The opinions of this game are varied, but i had a nice experience with it. It lacks replayability but overall if you like land battles in a TW game this is a nice game

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Meh, between trying to figure out the low amount of food that somehow wasnt available and the 3 archers you hire at the same price and food amount needed as a full unit is wild. And dont forget the disloyalty that happens every turn and just the economics of this game are trying for sure. You raid another land and somehow the armys morale goes to crap even though thats the whole point of raiding... meh is all i have to say about the game, the difficulty is worth it as everything is a new concept but it does make the game difficult.... I WILL FIGURE IT OUT, WHY MUST BRITISH BE SO DIFFICULT.... 7/10
Cobbled together from a variety of new ideas that don't really add anything to the game. It limits you in your options way more than previous games with a Pick and Choose economic function for each territory you select. Religion, trade, agriculture, military, and a few other niche areas are all mutually exclusive, and since armies need food to sustain themselves, it's all pretty hampering. The interface is just plain awful. Information and options are just buried in random locations you can't readily reach without going through various menus. The art style is also pretty hideous, with unit cards being dumbed down to very crude medieval illumination art that makes it hard to tell your forces apart. Lastly, there isn't enough functional difference between factions. Every thing in this game feels like a field test that didn't pan out, so rather than fix it, it was abandoned save for what little improvements the modding community was able to churn out. I had very little fun, and there loads of other things about it that could be debated as well, but it just isn't worth the effort when there's so many games in this franchise you could literally just go play one of them instead.

good total war. Wish they would release simultaneous turns for all their IPs
Me gusta este juego No es un Total War, es una mezcla de Civ, Crusader y Total War, si le pones el MOD Shieldwall, lo disfrutaras mucho mas. Lo recomiendo, teniendo en cuenta que es un Total War diferente
I was excited for this, but ended up refunding it. They made so many changes to the interface that even with 2400 hours spread out over Medieval, Shogun 2, Three Kingdoms and Total Warhammer, it was a struggle to make basic gameplay happen. If they ever "remastered" this to make it less weird, I'd probably try it again.
>Start a new game >Get rid of the rebels >Build an army >The vikings starts invading me >My army is weak and they destroy everything >Reload an old save >Build an army >No more food Wow, this game is taking away my mental health I love it. Maybe i should pay for content that should be in the base game
It is decent. The period is interesting and the mechanics are good imo. I would buy it on sale. 3 kingdoms and this are the last playable historic titles.
