Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
As a reserved and unassuming university student in snow-bitten Hokkaido, the personal tragedy which visited Honoka Asakawa would lead to her experimentation in a magical art thought long-lost — blood magic. Unexpectedly able to visit the sealed world of Meiji-era Sapporo, Honoka's quickly taken under the wing of the cheerful and bright Lady Yasue, a powerful mage who's remained in this gilded cage for a century.
As their feelings for each other develop, the true repercussions of Honoka's first steps into the secret world of magic and mages are only just starting to play out, eventually leading to catastrophic consequences.

what a good ass game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, there's so much here that I find really engaging, the way the protagonists depression is portrayed, all the great character interactions sprinkled throughout, the way the story shifts in a way I didn't expect coming in, there's just a lot to love about it. Its by no means the craziest or most complex narrative out there but what is there is really good and made me feel a lot of emotion, its overall just a really sweet and endearing artwork that you should definitely check out if you're a fan of the genre and are ok with some of the darker subject matter it tackles. the game, at least in my view also feels distinctly like an early-mid 2010's anime in a lot of ways that I can't quite place which may be part of why I connected to it so quickly and could also just be a jejune observation / complete fabrication on my part :p also although I didn't make use of those settings myself I think its really good that the devs added ways to disable visual and audio depictions of self harm for the sake of people who need that.
I enjoyed playing the VN! It's a nice and short VN with a lot of emotions packed into it. I felt like the pacing was perfect for me; the story had its tense conflicts that kept me on the edge of my seat and wanted to keep playing it all in one go, and the romantic and soft moments made me feel happy (fleeting happiness because I'm always aware of the anxiousness between their relationships) Yeah I really enjoyed it! I'm glad to be playing another VN that Suriko was a part of since Katawa Shoujo way back! Great job! The production quality has really come a long way and it was so cool to see!

very good game, very pretty great story. i loved playing it as the story progressed, everything unfolded really nicely and connected well.
Wow. Okay, going to avoid spoilers. First, let's get some mechanical details out of the way. This is a novel in which you do not make choices. You are here to experience a story with a single ending, and holy **** what a story. It is hard for me to be objective, having just finished and enjoyed it so very much. Usually I'd wait a day or two to mull things over, but I wanted to get this out there immediately. This is a well-written fantasy with a lot of ups and downs. It left me in tears many times, and had me boiling over in fury just as often. The characters acted in a consistent fashion, their motives were understandable, and by the end of the experience, I found their choices were aligned with their motives. There are some very intense events that come up in this story. As the description so clearly warns, this is not a light-hearted tale. I will refrain from repeating it all, but suffice it to say these warnings are valid. There are people for whom this would be a very negative, triggering experience (self-harm, blood, violence, suicidal ideation). Unfortunately, if those are triggers for you, this is not a good novel to read. The romance at the heart of this tale resonated with me. Anyone who has ever lost their greatest love is likely to appreciate this aspect of the story. There are opportunities where the text could have been edited (particularly in chapters 3/4) to tighten the tale. There are clashes that seem overdone. I believe a bit of that screen time could have been better invested fully establishing Yasue's feeling towards the one who imprisoned her. This would serve the story well in the final chapters. I am tip-toeing carefully away from spoilers, because I do not wish to ruin anything about this novel. The art is charming and the characters are beautifully detailed, as you can clearly see in the samples provided in the game's reel. The music is excellent, too. Both support the emotions conveyed in the text. I would have liked to see a few more images (particularly when characters hold hands or embrace) but that is only an encouragement for the author so they can make even better games in the future. It is not a complaint. To those who can handle the various dark elements, I confidently recommend this. It may make you cry, it may infuriate you as it explores injustice. It is absolutely worth the journey.
This game is beautifully written, especially with the heavy topics it includes. I also really appreciate the settings to disable visual and auditory depictions of self-harm. Overall an amazing game and I love all the characters introduced so far!

Played this after finishing please, be happy on Xbox, Can thoroughly say I have enjoyed this visual novel, Studio elan has my respect, plus being able to feel upset for the characters proves a good storyline, I would recommend to anyone who would like a good story
